Wow, surprised this place gets so much hate. I've always loved this Walgreens, and it has always been better than the now closed Walgreens on L St. Thank you to the employees who make this store better than the others

I went in tonight around 8 pm and asked to use the bathroom I was told that they don't have keys or the code I had to go really bad I even told them that they can watch me if they needed to I will not be shopping at this Walgreens the staff didn't have Walgreens shirts on or name tags and one of them acted like she didn't know what I was asking for if I could give 0 stars for this location I would

Quick stop on a road trip to pick up for a sick kiddo. They turned it over pretty quickly and the pharmacy staff was great.

Accused of walking around the store after just walking through the entrance and approaching the counter for a refund that I was refused because I have 4 phone numbers and forgot which one I used at the register. This is the second time walgreens has accused me falsely. The manager is rude to white males specifically and handicapped people.

Definitely a count back scheme of some size and multiple workers involved. Multiple schemes being pretty much done right In the front at register. Count back quick changing its pretty obvious once you look for it. Be careful I wouldn't trust them with card info either pretty sure it's a Profesional group

Called the pharmacy to let them know I needed my medications transfered to this location, stated which ones, they said no problem they contact me once they were ready. I got a text message. I called in the next day to make sure they were still available for me tp pick up so I wouldn't have to wait for a long time and they then decided to tell me one of my medications has to be transfered by my doctor but that the other medications had already been transfered so I have medication at 2 different locations rather far from each other. I don't drive anymore which is why I had the meds moved so it'd be closet to me and cheaper for me to take an uber or lyft. Please learn to properly check up on all factors abd make sure whst you say is possible, us possible. I'll now be going another 2-3 days without my meds as that's my doctor's response time. I tried to make sure I had it all setup properly in advance before running out. Also maybe don't text me saying that all my medicines are ready by name if one of those specifically mentioned medicines is not ready or available for me to pick up at your pharmacy

The general manager at this location is beyond rude. She has absolutely no customer service skills!
I have had multiple issues trying to pick up online orders from an older assistant manager a gentleman behind the photo counter. He has refused to allow my husband and son to pick up my orders for me and refuse to speak with me over the phone when I called. Headquarters needs to clean this store out!

Worst staff ever, went for passport photos and nobody was there, waiting long time for someone to show up in photo department, finally after several minutes they said they do not have camera for photos. Walgreens 24th St and Vinton St

Filthy place not clean dirty place iv ever seen.I live 6 hours away went in to get passport pictures staff told me they were short staff and couldn't do them. as a professional business person this is not protocol

Not sure why you even have a pharmacy when it’s only open from 8 am to 6pm Monday through Friday- and now not even open on the weekends. Went to go pick up my daughters prescription that she has to have and the voicemail said they were open until 8 pm- get to the window and says it’s closed- called and spoke to store manager and they said they changed their hours LAST week and these are their new hours. Fix your automation and also on the website. Apparently no one needs prescriptions filled after 6 pm anymore.
