The store itself is one of the best Walgreens but the customer service is absolutely awful, the old cashier with the glasses is rudest and has the nastiest attitude.

5 stars for Maria in the pharmacy. She has ALWAYS been respectful and helpful to me with my medications.
I cannot say the same for the other techs. And the pharmacist is rude and biased....Who are you to question my meds and my prescribing practitioners??
Edit: was asked today if I need narcan. 100% inappropriate. Do you need to know I was in a 6 car pile up 3 weeks ago? No you don't, MY DR DOES and KNOWS what medications I am on, switching and never going back to a Walgreens.
Thank you Maria.

The worst costumer service. Sat in the drive through with no update for 15 minutes even after pressing the call button after 10. It was not busy, no one was inside the store or in line at the pharmacy. Had to go inside to finally get my prescriptions. Every time I come here the guy up front is probably the slowest cashier I have ever had in my entire life as well. He has something wrong intellectually with him, so why wouldn’t they give him extra help or always have a second cashier? Extremely poorly run. Avoid this Walgreens specifically at all costs. I would give this zero stars if I could. This is the only Walgreens near my house and I almost want to switch to the one 3 miles further to not deal with this every time I go.

It's been a week of trying to get my prescription. Every day I've been told it'll be ready the next day. I'm 3 days without my meds now and you're now saying it'll be ready after the weekend. My SSRI withdraw is on you. Jackwagon.

-3⭐? the few staff they have in the pharmacy are nice. It is clean that is the only good things about this Walgreens. The wait times are horrible. Don't go there if you want to get any vaccine done unless you have a few hours to kill. Appointment times are the beginning of a exceedingly long wait time. Always call before you go to pick up any Rx. Even then don't think this will be a quick trip. I moved all of my Rx to Hy-Vee right next door. Terribly under staffed.

Most bizarre customer experience. My husband and I stopped in to get passport photos and the woman at the photo counter literally groaned and said she was about to take a smoke break. She tried to see if any of her colleagues knew how to take the photos (they didn't). She tried to say that she couldn't reach the screen-my husband pulled it down for her. Then she couldn't find the SD card for the camera. She maniacally searched around for bit and then told us to just go to any other Walgreens. We went to the CVS just down Center and were in and out in 5 minutes. It was a much calmer, cleaner store--I will be stopping at CVS from now on!

My product was a one star because there was many problems that I experienced today at that store. First of all, the manager was being very disrespectful and told me that he doesn't care about my product and he said he would not help me return, or redeem the gift card. I called. The store before I returned it and got told that I could come in and return it. I do not recommend this store.

Worst service I have ever. Terrible manager, unhelpful and irresponsible company. And did not resolve any of my concerns or issues that I went back to resolve but did not work and product was defective

Gloves were cheap and durable, it was also very cold on my bike ride and the hot packs kept my hands warm on the way home.

Wow! I should have read the reviews before I came here. I don’t shop at Walgreens. I only needed a Covid and flu shot! I made an appointment online, I called saying I would be about 30 minutes late. They said that is okay. They said as long as before 8pm! Great! I travel for work and also work late so hard to get on time. I show up at 7:45pm. I explained to the rep I apologize and I called and had an appointment- but he said okay before 8pm. Before I even finished my sentence the rep is walking away with his back toward me and some rude pharmacist came out and said it’s cancelled. I said what do you mean, I was told as long as it is before 8pm and I already filled everything out. I asked if I HAD to make an appointment. She said no, I said okay, so why can’t you help me? I was told before 8pm and you just told me I don’t have to make an appointment even though I already did. There is nobody in line, nobody in drive through. She said you need to make an appointment online in a sarcastic voice. I said you just told me I don’t. This area is ghetto and trashy people that clearly don’t like their jobs. Don’t say 8pm and no appointment if you don’t mean it. Guess what? Other people work too!!! I’ll just get it at my doctors office!!!! My insurance money is better used there than this pharmacy with lazy employees!

The worst experience ever in any Walgreens, the old unhappy lady was rude and nasty.

Had a horrible experience with this Walgreens store. I had a few returns and was informed by the lady up front that she couldn’t do it, so she did call a man up front. I’m a frequent shopper at Walgreens and have an account where I’m easily looked up by phone number. At the start, the man looked irritated and upset. He asked for my identification and asked for my address and name. I gave it to him and let him know I’m in the system and could give him my phone number. He proceeded to tell me to go back to the Walgreens I went to and that it would make it easier for him. I said, “Okay, so you aren’t going to help me because it’ll make it easier for you?” His response was, “It’ll make it easier for both of us.” Mind you, I have to go to the other side of town because it would be (easier for him). His attitude was horrible and I will definitely not be returning here.

I would genuinely give 0 stars if I could. I walked in, quite quickly at around 9:45. The store closes at 10:00. As soon as I walk in, the employee behind the encounter (an older, balding gentleman, wearing glasses and a mask) sees me walk in and *immediately* rolls his eyes, shakes his head and audibly sighs. This isn't a Walmart where you need to walk around for 20 minutes before you find everything you need. It's a small convenience shop that for me takes about 5 minutes. I had a product in mind that I was looking for before going in. I looked for about 45 seconds to a minute and walked out. Customer service needs *massive* improvements.
