Have gone in multiple times trying to get a passport photo taken. Everytime I'm told "we can't do those today"
So I started calling in the morning/afternoon to see if they are able to do them that day and every time I am told yes!
When I get there I'm told they aren't able to. It's always the same girl at the desk that tells me no.
Just today I called and they said everything was working fine and it would be no problem. But when I came in, the cashier told me that the camera was "broken" yesterday but he'll check to see if it's fixed today. The manager that came up to answer was the same girl that has repeatedly told me no in the past. She said the camera was "still broken" so I guess I'll give up on this store altogether..

Their training is useless no employee ever knows about the pay near me rental app. They always assume it's cashapp and the limit is 500. Pay near me is a total different thing and the limit is 1500. But the little old lady with glasses is too old and stubborn to listen

I came to look for some medicine, they were already closing but they were able to give me the medicine because I had to wait for my husband because I can't drive. They are really inhumane and disrespectful, very poor service.

I was just in less than 10 min ago. the guy cashier at the front counter was having trouble helping out the customer infront of me (no big deal totally understandable). He starts asking one of the coworkers also at the cash register Yahaira (female short brown hair) for help and she says they will have to make some calls. So i asked her "could I pay with you?" I was in no way rude! She replied "well I was going to but since you asked me now I don't want to." I was stunned. My friend and I just looked at eachother because her attitude was beyond uncalled for!! She then says "I'll get you anyways" I told her nevermind I'll wait. She was so rude and for no reason! Horrible experience!

The pharmacist, John, went above and beyond to help me use a manufacturer’s discount for my medication that wasn’t working. He called the company at least three times and he called me at least four times to keep me updated in the week it took to resolve the issue. I am so thankful for his help! Walgreens needs to staff more people in all of their locations as they are always busy and look stressed out, so his dedication to help one person stands out.

Absolutely lazy. Went in for photos for passport, etc. “I can’t find the camera, you’ll have to go elsewhere”. Didn’t even look, just paced around.

Huge shoutout to crystal from the pharmacy who helped me get my prescription ozempic I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks form my other pharmacist and she got me in right away and my order will be ready for pick up today this is what customer service is thank you so much crystal give this girl a raise please

They give you coupons and when you try to use it, they do not work than they try to accuse you of using them somewhere else and even accuse you of trying to use fake coupons. The Pharmacy is a joke the techs are super rude long wait lines and they screw up your medications and refills.

For the past year this location has really gone downhill. I went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy cashier told me that my prescription was filled "somewhere else" and that I would have to contact my insurance to find out where. She apparently couldn't call herself and didn't ask for help from the three others working in the pharmacy at that time. I leave Walgreens and get home to call my insurance. They verify that my medicine should be ready at the location I just left. As I'm on the phone with insurance (only 15 minutes later) I get the automated call that my prescription is ready at the same place I just left. Wasted time, wasted energy, all for something that was obviously simple enough for them to figure out on site. This isn't the first mishap recently. I'll be using a different pharmacy from now on.

When I entered this wall greens, it was very warm inside. I saw two workers, who did not look all that happy, that were running around and perspiring. I mentioned to one of the employees who helped me with a perfume that it seemed rather warm in there. She stated that they had a new policy from corporate that said they could not have the air conditioning cooler than 76°!! WHAT!!!It’s been in the 90s all week this week and the sun beats down right through the front doors! That is ridiculous Walgreens! Take care of your workers and customers or I will shop elsewhere! Very disappointed!

Staff was rude, complaining about their job very loudly and using profanity. I tried to ouch up a photo order and was told "Sorry lady but we don't have it and I don't do photos" even though I had the email confirmation that it was ready. Never going there again.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. My husband went to pick up my son prescription and they told him they only have one. So I call them n they said oh yeah there’s two more prescription to be pick up n told me that it will be ready in 30 minutes n just hand up on me. After I waited an hours I told my husband to go pick up the prescription again n they said the only have one ready n the other will be ready by tomorrow so the next day after work we stop by to pick up. I send my husband in n they told him they have nothing for him with that name so I HaVe to go in n waited in a long line again n when I told them I’m here to pick up the prescription they said that it’s all been pick up n I was like no it’s hasn’t, we still have one more left and they were like oh the insurance won’t cover it and ask me if I still want to just buy it if the insurance didn’t cover it and I told them yes n I been waiting for them. Will not use this pharmacy or buy anything from Walgreens again!
