Organize, clean environment. Helpful staff especially navigating me through my list. Photo shop staff knowledgeable and efficient. I don't often interact with the pharmacist but when necessary they've always been helpful. Check out can be slow in the morning.

Attempted to transfer my prescription from another pharmacy that I was using but grew tired of their incompetence. Unfortunately this pharmacy never filled my prescription and never returned my calls. So, apparently they are no better.

I don't even want to leave 1 star for this pharmacy. The pharmacist I just spoke to knew NOTHING. She couldn't tell me when a medication came in or my copay. If you are a pharmacist you should know all this information or be able to look it up in your system. The male pharmacist (unsure of name) & Heather the female pharmacist are great! They always answer my questions and if they do NOT know the answer they find it. POOR customer service, I will be switching pharmacies.

The pharmacy team is actually really great I was having an extremely difficult time getting a prescription and they were super patient with me throughout the entire process, were so so understanding and helped me get it at the very last minute… thank you guys!!!

This location particularly the pharmacy is always closed seems like there is never a pharmacist on duty this really sucks. They never answer going to find another walgreens I like the one on 60th better

Despite the fact that they are understaffed, (which is NOT their fault. Some people don't understand this somehow...) they are always able to provide care to my family and I. We have been getting our prescriptions at this location since I was little and have probably had a couple of bumps here and there, but that's just what happens. They are hard workers and it is just absolutely RIDICULOUS how non-understanding people can be when most of the time it is a Walgreens issue, not a team issue.

Received a voicemail a week and a half ago saying that my prescription would be ready mid-week the following week. They were at lunch when I stopped by that next Friday, closed on Saturday. When I stopped in on Sunday they had deleted the order as " it had been sitting there for 12 days." How has it been sitting there for 12 days when it was only supposed to be ready earlier that same week. This pharmacy location has been a mess for a long time. I am movingy account to another store location tomorrow.
