I don't know what my cashier's problem was today but I bought a dud lighter by accident and when I went back to exchange the lighter for one that works, miss attitude gave me a hard time despite having seen me 15 minutes prior purchasing the lighter AND I had the receipt. Then she acted even ruder when I showed proof to her that I didn't steal it. Y'all hired a real winner with that one.

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy. Here was my experience a few minutes ago as I tried to fill a prescription for my wife:
1. I called several hours prior to fill it and requested it “as soon as possible.” I was told ok, but the gentleman on the other end hung up before I could ask when that would be.
2. I showed up to get the medication and was told it would take a few minutes.
3. I sat down to wait, when the same person who initially helped me came back and asked if they could fill the prescription, but with a different manufacturer. Same medication, so sure, no problem.
4. I go back to my chair when a second pharmacy worker comes and tells me, no, they don’t have the prescription from either manufacturer.
5. After they suggested a different location, I’m told, nope, that location closed 2 hours ago.
6. After selecting a third location so my wife can pick it up tomorrow, they tell me, by the way, her 2025 copay went up from $0 to $100 on this medication. Which is interesting since we’ve filled the medication previously at this location.
In short, they have no clue. Go elsewhere. Anywhere.

I don’t use a pharmacy often, but this one is absolutely horrible. They will tell you your order is ready, then when you get there, tell you. “sorry don’t know what to tell you, we don’t have it.” Pull up and call in and wow they had it. Honestly the gentleman working the drive through needs let go, he is very rude. Maybe get someone in there that is friendlier and cares. I walked in another time . While they told me on the phone they would have it ready. When I walked in they didn’t know what my prescription was and had never heard of it. Ok I guess I’ll talk to my doctor… if you need a pharmacy don’t pick this one.

Spoke with Trevor in pharmacy and he was incredibly rude & condescending on the phone. This happens every time I go to this pharmacy, don’t waste your time. The people at this Walgreens hate their jobs & hate helping customers

This is the worst Pharmacy in Omaha. The people that work in the pharmacy are rude and unprofessional. They have prevented a small child from getting his medicine that he needs.

Pharmacy staff and pharmacists don’t pay attention to anything. Kind of problematic when you deal in medicine. Needs an overhaul for staff.

1st time every getting prescriptions here. My husband's prescription was filled with 20mg tablets when they should've been 10mg. Our provider called and was told he could just take 2............. won't be refilling here again

The cashier Mary at this location is horribly rude to customers I’ve witnessed it and experienced her rude condescending attitude on several trips here. Maybe go to cvs across the street.

I'd give y'all 5, except I'm stuck in the parking lot, feeling like trash, waiting for my prescription, cause y'all send all y'all pharmacists to lunch at once. That's the most unnecessary thing. Just send one, and then the other. Also I called the pharmacy line, and talked to a robot, and they told me my prescription was ready. So then I went to get it and they're on lunch. Truly, 30 minutes wouldn't be such a big deal if it weren't -11 and I wasn't sick as a dog, but this really sucks and pisses me off. My prescription is ready, I have money, and nobody is behind the counter.
