I called this pharmacy when the app sent me an alert saying my daughter’s prescription was delayed. They closed at 6 so I thought calling at 5:39 would not be too much of a hassle. I was on hold for 15 minutes and then they clicked and ended my call. Called back and spoke to a store person who transferred me back and the pharmacy ended my call after 2 minutes of holding. I call back again and the same associate hands me off to a manager and the manager tells me at ***6:02pm*** after I have been trying for over 20 minutes to contact this pharmacy to ask for an ETA on a prescription to know whether to switch the prescription to another pharmacy for pick up tomorrow. THAT ALL THE PHARMACY STAFF WERE ALREADY GONE AND THE PHARMACY WAS CLOSED UP FOR THE NIGHT: What?? 2 minutes and you’re completely finished with all closing duties and all staff sprinted out of the building??? The manager took down my name and number and said the pharmacy will call me first thing in the morning and that he would “make a note” for HIS manager, but that his manager wasn’t in until Monday. I beg your finest pardon??

I entered a refill using their online system on a Monday. The confirmation email I received stated the medication would be ready Wednesday. 2 days was reasonable to me, as I did not imminently need the medication. I show up on Friday (2 days AFTER it was supposed to be ready) and got the response “we don’t have any meds ready for you.” After giving them numerous chances over the years to get their act together, I will be switching pharmacies. Their service is absolutely terrible, and the people skills of those working in the pharmacy are no better.

The folks here are just the best. Very friendly, very helpful and they work hard. I’m there almost weekly for all kinds reasons and for all kinds of items and I’m grateful for all their help.

Don’t use this pharmacy!!!! Not a single person in line couldn’t make my amoxicillin while I was waiting. Had to drive all the way back home or told me to wait in the parking lot. They take forever and are not pleasant to work with!

Just got off phone with pharmacy, very rude and short. Got what I needed and then she just hung up. Been having problems with this pharmacy for the past year. Going to have to make a change going forward. I like Walgreens, just not the pharmacy. They used to be so nice and helpful, not so much any more. I know they are busy but no reason to be rude.
Look at all these comments about their customer service in the pharmacy, you'd think some change would be happening! This has been going on at this location for some time now. I think some customer service classes are needed at this pharmacy.

Very Rude & Abrasive woman working at the Pharmacy Counter this morning when I went to pick up a prescription that was sent to Walgreens by Urgent Care. She lacks communication skills and the temperament to be working with the public, especially in the Pharmacy. I sat there waiting for my prescription listening to the way she treated people, and I was highly turned off by her attitude, and I'm not the only one. I will never return to this Pharmacy. I will definitely be changing to a Pharmacy other than Walgreens. I will drive the extra miles for kindness over this any day.

Worst service ever. Transferred my prescriptions 6 months an ago. Not one month has gone smoothly. I’ve never seen such a lack of incompetence. They want you on auto fill but I still have to call or go in to get the ball rolling. They say they will get it filled, a week later I call to check and they never sent them through. Each month one or the other needs to be ordered. Or they aren’t paying attention and fill an old script I no longer use. This time they sent me emails plus reminders that they were ready for pick up. Drive up and after 15 mins tell me they can’t find them. Then ask me to leave the window and go wait at the back of the line again. Every month they apologize, but nothing ever changes. I just transferred to a neighborhood grocery store. I don’t care if I have to pay more. Incompetent is putting it mildly.

After a conversation I heard tonight at this store I don’t think I’ll be back. I overheard a guy complaining about a customer to his employees on the floor by the coolers..the customer was still in the store and must of heard them talking. When he approached the man and asked for a manager he told the man he was the manger.. that’s very poor customer service no matter what was going on that’s not professional at all. You should probably wait for the customer to leave or not talk about it on your store floor. I would hate to be that individual being talked about.
After seeing the other reviews on this page it seems to be a common issue of bad customer service.

I put in a picture order around 3-4 pm, I called at 7:30 to see if they were done and the store lead said they wouldn't be done till roughly 10 pm. As I was asking what the hold up was or how that was acceptable. He said there was maintenance being done on the printer. I was trying to ask another question and he hung up on me. Walked into Walgreens to get some answers and he was standing there talking negatively about me to his co-workers right outside the photo counter. as we were walking in we could actually hear him talking about us behind our backs. Talking bad about a customer behind their backs is awful! Especially on the floor in front of other customers. I asked to speak with manager and that I lied about what happened (I had someone with me the whole time who can corroborate). he said he was the manager (Jared is actually a lead) I asked for someone above him. He said he wouldn't be in till Monday. He then went on his break. I talked to the nice photo lady at the counter and she admitted that it was her fault they were behind and they actually didn't have any issues with the printer that it was just busy. She was very nice about it all. But now we know Jared straight out lied to me. I will be taking this to corporate in some way and will be reaching out to the manager (Brandon) first thing Monday. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Do not bother to write on the "notes" section on the refill page. They don't look at the info you provide there. Call them. I lost 2 days on a refill because they didn't acknowledge the note i wrote.

The customer service representative at the pharmacy was very rude while answering the phone. It is concerning that such individuals are hired to work in a pharmacy.

If I could give negative stars I would. It’s sad when you are treated like a number instead of a patient. The store staff is great! The pharm…. Whether it is big corporate or just pharmacist getting kicks on having authority idk. But if I already have to come to pick up medications for a family member, me picking up my medications 1 day before I will be completely out shouldn’t be an issue. And just get rid of the 2nd lane if it is always closed. Walgreens pharmacy is where common sense and decent humanity goes to die

Much like the other reviews here, something strange has happened with this Walgreens. Service is terrible, pharmacists refuse to fill prescriptions and lie about the reason, even after speaking with the pharmacy manager Adam and following his directions explicitly. They stated my doctor refused the prescription which I knew to be untrue, so I had my doctor call up, and they then stated it was due to my insurance and hung up on my doctor as well! Truly insane what is going on in this location, and as others have mentioned, corporate does not care. Walgreens is not the same place that used to be, avoid at all costs. I am now a happy CVS customer!
