I went to the drive thru to pick up my prescription and paid for and was given another patient’s medication…I caught it and brought it to their attention as they handed it to me but this is really so unacceptable for so many reasons.

If I could give it a zero I would. Understaffed and lack of common sense. Wont acknowledge your presence on a drive thru for over 10 minutes so I left.

Extremely rude service, not knowledgeable, and just seemingly not wanting to help. Only reason I visited was because my regular pharmacy didn't have the prescription in stock and I'm definitely staying with Walmart pharmacy
