This pharmacy helped me get a lower price for my Arava. It was 159$ with my humana I use and they have gotten it much lower, around 39$ for 30 days. That had saved me a lot of money

Surprisingly, we came here after the Walmart at 180th and Center --which is huge -- didn't have what we wanted. Simple fabric protector, like ScotchGard. Something you would think would be everywhere. It used to be! Now we've had trouble finding it. Anyway, this Walmart has it. And this isn't the first time we had to come here after other stores didn't have what we wanted. We just need to get in the habit of coming here first. It's out of the way for us, but it's worth it to not have to go from store to store, only to end up here anyway.

Its not a bad place at all, on the customer service end and unbiasedly speaking. Overall staff as a whole is pretty proactive via phone and in person. Considering how busy it is, I feel like they push the good attitude to its threshold on a daily basis having experiences at all times of the day. I have to call a lot, and I don't end up having to sit on the phone waiting forever. I gotta do it every month and in comparison to the only thing related being my health care provider, so much smoother than having to talk and get answers from them on their end. Anyways, I'm not entitled to or seeking an out of this world experience when I arrive monthly, I just know that over the years its always been consistent and enough to be content with.Cons: I overlook this a lot and partially responsible for it happening. I get confirmation via text, that my prescription is ready in the mornings sometimes. The whole pharmacy will go on lunch break, and close shop for a bit between [12pm-2pm]. (Pretty confident its lunch break, I never intended to resurface this.) It's definitely not a full duration of [12-2], but I do understand it's in between that time frame. I have no experience with curbside pickup, not sure if this could be a potential alternative during lunch, but plan on trying it eventually if I feel inclined.Pros: Longterm Employees, can remember faces, Good energy based on busy work environment, snappy fast responses and phone call experiences. Consistent, applying to all staff I've engaged with. Exclusive from Walmart itself, The nook inside the walmart they work in suites me and my vague knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. ?

A literal joke. Didn't have my prescription ready that was called in 2 days ago...had to 'order out' for it but "will have it ready early afternoon tomorrow "...nope. Still didn't have it ready at 430 next day.

@ SERVICES AREA, So ridiculous! There's 2 employees helping 1 person & 3 employees standing around. 1 employee came out of the back only to answer the phone & completely ignored the people waiting in line. Most ridiculous client service I've ever seen! No wonder they dropped the Customer part off the sign!!

Note: This review is for the in-store Pharmacy. While this whole store is good---the Pharmacy is exceptional. My wife and I have been visiting this Pharmacy for years. They have very low staff turnover---which is really nice as it allows you to get comfortable calling in questions or asking questions. They skillfully work with all insurance and even take those internet coupons. My wife and I get our flu-shots there every year---so much faster than a trip to the doctor. They also check out the best cost alternative for customers-----I was once told, then led to the over the counter section, to a medication that was actually cheaper than if we processed through insurance. That is customer service!!! So, while they are not blood relatives, we view Maria, Judy, Chelsey, Diana, Bailey, Todd & Hillary as family. Hope I didn't forget anyone. I cannot gush enough over this Pharmacy----I'll end my review saying this---one time they did not have a specific Monitor for my wife---so they called other local Walmart's (Bummer---no luck) so when that failed they called the Target Pharmacy across Maple and had them hold the Monitor in question. Again----who does that anymore? Who ever goes that extra mile? This Pharmacy is a little hidden gem. Highly recommended (and loved).....

The pharmacist who I was talking on the phone with was incredibly rude and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked about the status of a refill he told me that they've never given me the medicine that I was calling about before which isn't true, because I talked to another pharmacist a day before about it and they said they would get a hold of my doctor and go from there. I will not be going back to this location before, even though it's the most convenient one for me.

Update: upon returning to Walmart I have realized that the fish in the pet section are very poorly cared for. I understand that this is Walmart, so I don't have high expectations. But if a store is going to stock live animals of any kind, the very least they can do is dispose of any dead fish in a reasonable time frame. I have pictures and videos dating back over a month of fish carcasses and skeletons being picked at and eaten by other tankmates. This is downright abusive towards the living fish, as well as the ones that died. I've spoken to at least two managers, and both assured me that they would speak to the department manager and the issue would be resolved. But that still hasn't happened.

What a life saver it is getting drugs refilled at Walmart. Out of town in Omaha, screwed up and forgot to refill prescriptions, so nerve racking. Called this Walmart Pharmacy, gave them my info. POW!! refilled and waiting for me in two hours. So great having that service to fall back on. Very nice and smooth transaction at their window also when I went to pick up.
