They put the wrong size tires on my car, it took four hours to do. Then I brought it back because the tires were rubbing on the rim and they replaced my tires with the right ones and now a belts broken in one of the tires and I’ve been trying to get ahold of them and they keep hanging up on me. I’m really frustrated.

Never enough cashiers. I don't go to the store to cash out my own stuff. Especially when I have a whole basket full of items. They have one cashier that is older, but it takes her Avery long time to cash one person out. I try to avoid her as much as possible.
It's always hard to find things in the store.

Teenagers are socializing while cripple old ladies do the work. I have shopped here once a week for a month and they never have the groceries I want. I already dislike Walmart for their despicable business practices like letting near retirement employees go before they get their benefits packages, not promoting women, poverty level pay and benefits, and overworking salaried employees. I don't know why I bother giving them second chances but, the after Covid-19 early close city wide change, Walmart gives me one extra hour to shop. I guess I hoped that maybe someone in that near monopoly company might care enough to listen to their customers and make positive changes. But, they helped force out mom and pop places and now there are only a couple alternatives.

Poor quality produce. No prices on bins, shelves and refrigerators/freezers. Wrong things on shelves with incorrect bin tags.

The hot food deli used to be open to around 7- 7:30 p.m, now it seem like it's only open til 5:30 p.m and to ask to for it to be made fresh when it looks old in the case is like pulling teeth. They give a pissy attitude that you want the hot food made hot & fresh, if I'm paying for it I want it fresh not Walmart says it's fresh. Please extend the hot deli hours Nation wide and make it more fresh.

I literally cannot stand coming here.
First of all, their floors are so slick, that it's slippery. I bought a pair of winter boots, FROM THIS WALMART, and every time I walk, it's like walking on a treadmill. A workout just to get to the friggin milk.
Then second of all, the card readers here, always have problems. That's most aggravating. Nothing like trying to pay for some groceries, and the card read is just like, "BEEP! BEEP!"
Are you for real?? It's 9:00A.M... can you stop??
The card readers are like that throughout the day though. "BEEP.! BEEP.! BEEP.!"

The store it's self is fine but I can never get someone on the phone and when I do I get put on hold and end up hanging up after 5 minutes of being on hold. No one answers the phone as a paying customer his is very irritating
