Their online grocery department doesn't like to answer their phones. I've called numerous times about an order that wasn't able to be delivered. The first time they answered. Told me I could call customer care and they could help me after being on the phone with them for 15 min. Called customer care and they told me they could not help me switch my order to pick up after being on the phone with them for 11 minutes, that I had to call the store. So I did try and call. 5+ times and now no one is picking up. The run around is not fair to me. And someone needs to answer the dang phone.

If I could I would give zero stars. Because this is a high volume store I believe it gives the management staff the ability to completely disregard customer service and it is very unfortunate that something as simple as an inventory question cannot be answered. I have not only called 6 times trying to finally get ahold of a human to ask my simple inventory question after calling the meat department, Human Resources, Operator, Customer care, and finally the auto care center just to see if I could get someone on the phone. My call was repeatedly hung up after ringing for several minutes. After accepting the fact I could not reach a representative through the phone. I finally decided just to go to the store and even then after talking with 5 different employees, I could not get anyone to tell my if this item was in stock. The first 3 employees simply and abruptly declined to help at all and told me they didn’t know if it was in stock and that I would have to look for it. The last 2 employees I asked looked on a handheld tablet to then eventually tell me they couldn’t help me find it either and I would have to ask another employee. I’m not sure how this store operates aside from the obvious sheer volume of customers that shop in the essential area. But very unprofessional and very unhelpful staff and ultimately management.

Your staff is great, your polices are infuriating. Again, the staff is trying to be awesome, you need to help them. Stop giving the one and only key to the one and only liquor cabinet to the manager who doesn't care to help your customers in a timely manner. 20 minute wait minimum! The rest of your staff suffers for the carelessness of that guy. Once, he was helping with freight so I had to wait 27 minutes. Oh, I waited just to see how long it took him to care. He never came. Why lock it up? I can't imagine your liquor sales are better than zero since your policy change. Give your team a break. Every time I am there someone is yelling at them about this same thing. They suffer, not you. I don't wait anymore. I just stop somewhere else on the way home. That's pretty sad.

The lady who yells over the intercom for the last hour every 15 minutes needs a new job! She is a super rude person in general 😒

How dare you make me check out my own groceries and then have the audacity to check my receipt.
Edit: My opinion hasn't changed.
