Typical Walmart, went to get wife birthday present and of course they didn’t have what I was looking for. Once again, language barrier. The store staff that I dealt with not one of the three could speak or understand English.

Hey Walmart policy makers! Maybe consider price matching with your own online prices when the customer is already in the store. It takes you less resources if I purchase my item in the store, than placing the order online, have one of your associates shop it for me, then bring it to my car/my house. It’s frankly stupid and puts your associates in an awkward situation and your customers unhappy.

I made a oil change appt 1 month in advance combined for I had to reschedule after falling sick. At my appt they said they didn't have any 10w-30 in the shop tho they sell it online & in store.
They attempted a bait & switch saying instead of the $24.88 service, he could give me a $42.88 service. When I asked for a manager, he talked to someone in closed door room doing paperwork but said they've no manager.
I made a complaint online and the agent said it would not be repeated but asked me to call a different Walmart on L. That Walmart said they couldn't help me at all.
Walmart texts wants rescheduling. I don't want a repeat.

The worst automotive department, and customer service ever!!! My daughter purchased a headlight and had it installed by this Walmart. On her vehicle, a 2014 Chevy Equinox, the headlight cannot be replaced from under the hood. The shroud, under the front wheel well, has to be removed, so the headlight bulb can be replaced from under the vehicle. Because of this, I told my daughter to take photos of this specific area before she had her vehicle serviced. She did exactly this, and upon completion of the service, the following morning, she noticed that her hood wasn't closed properly, and the shroud was broken. Upon opening the hood, she discovered a screwdriver was lodged in the hood hinge. I immediately called the Walmart and spoke with a manager, Kayla. Kayla requested the vehicle be returned. Upon doing so, and after over 2 hours of them inspecting the damage, they admitted the screwdriver belonged to the store and was inadvertently left in the engine compartment, but denied their employee was responsible for the damage to the shroud. Two managers, Kayla and Tina, claimed to have watched the video surveillance of the garage area, and they concluded the employee didn't cause the damage. Of course they would not allow the video to be watched by my daughter. I have serious doubts the video would be in view of the area of the damage as its angle would have to be from the floor looking upwards. They further dismissed the before and after photos that were time and date stamped. Tina and Kayla were rude, condescending and showed no empathy. I would caution anyone from having any work done by this particular Walmart auto center. See the photos as evidence.

I'm undecided with the new management of the location but let's give them some time to adjust.

I feel sorry for the workers here there supervisors treat them worse then garbage one ignored a workers health almost resulting in that associate passing out (diabetes she had a tag) and they even treat senior associates like garbage and don't give sick or injured workers a place to sit I also was checking out when a supervisor came up and started yelling at the cashier about some freight
The amount of expired candy on the register is crazy it appears no one goes through it found one that expired 2 years ago and the produce to say it's subpar would be an improvement they a lot of the time have moldy fruit

If you order groceries for delivery, expect issues. I have requested five deliveries since signing up for Walmart plus a couple of months ago. The very first one was deemed undeliverable - half an hour after The two hour delivery window. It was later delivered by another party but was missing several items. I canceled an order today that was supposed to be here two hours ago. So far only one of my orders has been correct with no damage to products or missing items. I pay for the service to save time, but all it does is cost me time.

Was looking for something and then this kid messing around in my area and I get kicked out with him. And there words were get out and I asked why when I wasn’t doing anything they said they would call the cops. So I just left to advoid anything. But would rather share my story to other people to advoid being being kicked out for just looking at stuff and then having other kids getting you and your family kicked out and having them threaten you with the cops when you try to explain.

Was there at 8:40 in the morning on a Tuesday. Pushed their “press for associate” button several times. Had at least 10 employees walk right past me, waited 30 minutes, never could get anyone to help me get an SD card that was locked up. Left without what I wanted.

The managers lie they sell products they say can be returned but when u try the very next day item co.pletely intact unused. You are told it's not refundable to not purchase phone products here as they will SCAM you. Billions/Trillions yet can't return a $24.88 unused item. Do better. This store is the root of the problem consumers face everyday!

Don't ever get tires installed here if you value your time at all. 3.5 hr wait to install 2 tires with an appointment only to be told they couldn't do it because they don't have the right lift is Absolutely Unacceptable!

Customer service has been hit or miss here but today was complete stupidity...I was stopping by here to quickly grab a new CR2450 battery and both battery towers were empty but the one by the grocery side had a cart with all the restock for the smaller models in unopened boxes just sitting next to it. Not only that, on the app it says in stock and in-store. So I figured I would just get someone from customer service to help and got help from one of the team leads and she went to check for me and came back to me saying that the boxes were only AA and AAA batteries when I know for a fact that the smaller models were just sitting there next to the tower on the grocery side. It's sad to see what has happened to one of the best Walmarts in Omaha (Brad's baby) has gone down hill. 😭---New low, just was doing a quick shop with my wife and 7 month old daughter, that was in a stroller, and one of the online grocery cart pickers tried to take out my wife and daughter with his huge six wheeler....completely unexceptable!!!! Another customer even commented that he should hit her to the curb a little harder next time! Absolutely disgusting!!!
