You ever try calling a Walmart? No one ever answers at this store. So I tried calling their dedicated customer service number who then told me I needed to call the store. So frustrating.

Electronics services guy Gavin was no help at all, just stood there when I was aking questions about “onn” streaming device that I bought, he had no idea what it is and which one fits my tv. Really awkward situation when a customer has to drag the words out of the electronics employee who is there to help the customers. He just wanted to get rid of me faster so he could go back to whatever he was doing. This Walmart should pick better employees who can actually help customers not just stand there with a “I dont care” expression on their face.

Claire in electronic was NOT helpful or knowledgeable at all. We waited at the counter for help but she was too busy standing there talking to someone, had to go ask someone stocking shelves in the pet department to find someone to help us. We asked a question about a router & all she said was I don't know. Someone put in electronic should have at least some kinda of knowledge.

It's a Walmart. Store seems clean. Obviously wouldn't know anything about the warehouse and employee areas. Bathroom always needs a touchup but it's a Walmart.

Came in for an oil change and they seriously didn’t add back enough oil !!! Plus oil filter not tight and oil leaked all over frame and ground. Plus they said yes we checked tire pressure and grease up the fittings and they didn’t and now they are cause I’m making them. The guy is like we don’t really do a full service. We just mark that we do. I asked are you seriously telling me this ? He said yes.
Had to pull back in and watch them do their job
Add over 2 plus quarts of oil after they said it’s changed and full. I made him pop the hood and check the dipstick and show me and it didn’t even register on the dip stick. Now he can’t find the grease fittings. Do not bring your cars here. None of them know what they are doing.

Who is the manager of this store?? The employee there is very rude and denied my daughter in law with lupus....the access to use a mobile cart. Told her she had to park it and get off 😡😡 We will be filing a complaint

This is usually my main walmart but i just picked up a online grocery order from you guys. The lady who brought my groceries out was Extremly rude. I was nice, i have manners and when she was done, she couldnt of slammed my trunk shut harder. Had no customer service skills didn't say goodbye say have a nice night she could've said "i hate you" for all i care but you just dont slam the door and not let me know you're done loading my groceries. and on top of that I bought a $50 can of baby formula that I can't even use tonight because it's wired shut. Tell me why she didn't take the wire net off

Worst walmart pickup experience ever. Wouldn't recommend anyone to do walmart pickup from here unless you are ready to wait for more than an hour!! Happened with me couple times.
