Moved to Omaha this past year. Where I had lived before the wells fargos were always very polite and efficient. I have stopped at this location a couple of times solely due to relation to where I live. Every time I have come in here there is people in line (no big deal) but when it is only 2 or 3 people ahead of you and it takes them 20+ minutes to do a couple deposits it is ridiculous. More importantly though the banker (front left of the building) is one of the skeeziest individuals I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had to sit down with him due to the size of a check that I was depositing and the clearing processes they had to go through. He took note of me being military. And made a point to say how "he was a real man because he was a marine none of my sissy service" I figured it was good old interservice jabs so I my retort was "if that's how you need to justify your low asvab score just go ahead and say that". He did not take to kindly to this. He then continued to go on about how I was stupid for the amount of money that I had in my checking account and that he wanted to move it. I had to tell him no that it was the that way deliberately. He then spent an excessive amount of time trying to convince me to let him to move it for investment purposes. I explained to him that I did my own investing and was satisfied with my roi. He started making claims about how much greater it would be with him. I told him unless he can beat roughly 100% annualized return I would stick with my methods. He got more aggressive assuming I was bluffing until I finally showed him my portfolio. After looking at it he said I was "lucky" and dealing with stock fads that wouldn't last and it wouldnt happen two years in a row. I proceeded to show him that roughly 60% of my portfolio was blue chip stocks. And that my investment history dated back 6 years with no less than a 20% annual return. He then decided he wanted to open a "higher level account". I asked him to explain the benefits which he really could not verbalize. I told him I was not interested. We went back and fourth and I finally had to tell him I did not want to hear anything additionally I just wanted to deal with the check and leave. He finally obliged. What should have been maybe a 5 minute sit down turned into a roughly 45 minute pressure sales tactic. I have never had an experience like this with a bank in my life. I was back maybe a month later and while standing in like I heard him doing the same shpeal with an older lady. It took everything in me to not interject. I have to assume he was a big participant in the 2016 fraudulent account scandal and somehow was swept under the rug. Guy definitely needs to be looked into.

They was a wait about 20 to 30 minutes . Every time when I go in the bank I seen people complain about the customer service they complain about their account that the missing money in Wells Fargo needs to hire more employees because I’m so surprised how many people have account at Wells Fargo when the customer service is terrible and the weight is terrible even in drive-through Ridiculous

Worse customer service. Made me wait for more than 30 minutes just to send wire. Worse thing, they keep starring at me and did not say a word for the entire time.

I've been coming to this location for a few years now and within the last few months it has a really gone downhill! Service is absolutely terrible. The tellers running the drive-thru have no idea what they are doing. They continuously deposit my money into my business account instead of my personal account.

I’m giving one star because of misinformation I was given, and how I was treated like an idiot for even asking. So my landlord is old school and only takes checks, so every 3 months I go to the bank and get 3 temporary checks. I’ve always gone to this location and got checks that had perforated edges. I know for a fact, because I do not own a pair of scissors and I’ve always torn off the perforated edges and gone straight to drop off my rent check after the bank. Anyways, so this time I go in and get 3 checks and I go to tear the edges, like always, and the guy stops me and says there’s never been checks with perforated edges and I’d need scissors. I say that’s not true, I come here every 3 months, and he basically said the checks don’t come like that and I need to cut them with scissors lol.Ok, such a silly thing to give a 1 star about but the way I felt so stupid is what makes this a 1 star. And he was wrong!I went to get checks at another location downtown and they said the checks are always perforated, never have to be cut with scissors, and they were surprised I had to get scissors to cut the checks from the Center location. Just real bizarre.Basically I left Center location feeling incredibly gaslit by my bank and I didn’t appreciate being told “NEVER have they been perforated” lol , oh well.
