0*: They should remove their phone number from all documents because it doesn't work. Horrible bank if things go wrong.
4*: Finally my issue has been resolved and I was assured the phone will be taken care of. Also they must put more staff on this branch.

I like it here, very good treatment and many people who speak Spanish, today a very beautiful girl named María Morales helped me and wow, the treatment was incredible and very professional, definitely my favorite assistant 10/10

I go to this branch for work. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Always willing to help. Busy branch, so.etimes you have to wait, but it is ok. Parking is something to be desired, but being downtown, I get it. Would be great if they could put in a business lane.
