This bank as of Jan 1st 2025 charge anyone 10 dollars to cash there own check if you don't bank with there exclusive company. Get a bailout, get caught making false accounts for bonuses, charge you to bank with them. What's next.

Not necessarily this branches fault, but a terrible company to have a mortgage through and to deal with for insurance claims. Their processes takes forever and seems disorganized. Took months of back and forth to get an insurance claim check endorsed. Not ideal if you don't have windows on your house. Would recommend going elsewhere if possible for a mortgage if you get the choice.

We opened a new account today. I had checked interest rates before going into the branch and had an idea of what we needed. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Scott, a Relationship Banker, who presented several options to us. One of those options was more advantageous than the CD I had anticipated getting. Scott was very helpful and efficient as he set up the new account and upgraded our existing checking account. Alli, the teller who took the deposit check, was also friendly and efficient.

It is very hard to reach a person at your local branch. Was on hold for 45 min & was told no one at the branch could help me. Called the customer line & was told they could not help me I would need to go to my branch. Little hard to do when you work 7am to 7pm. I don't even back here any longer I am trying to clear out my deceased father account. Wells Fargo really need to work on their on shore customer service.

My husband forged our tax refund check, deposited it into his savings account. We have never had any accounts at Wells Fargo together and this branch allowed him to do it. I filed a report with this branch and the main Wells Fargo company and nothing has been done. I spoke with A employee and he said this file had been closed. I’m not sure why?

I went to this branch to open a new checking account. We have our mortgage, business accounts, personal checking & savings accounts here. The teller had no time for me. Told me to go online. So, I did. To Chase.

The bankers and tellers are friendly and helpful. I had a great appointment with Josh Mueller and Matt Wise, and received great service from Adrianna at the teller window. I feel like this bank values my business.

We got scammed by the fake OPPD calls for 4600 dollars and they made it seem like they were going to get the money back but ended up not getting anything back at all… The people on the phone told me they know I got scammed and still didn’t even try to get the money back. I mean why can’t insurance cover something like this. I own my own business and if something gets messed up I cover it no matter what…. Why can’t Wells Fargo… This OPPD scam was on the news and everything. But they don’t care about us at all.

On of the worst bank ever. Can not get an appointment and bank is closed when ever we go there. And my safe box is in the bank and now at to get to it as bank is closed.

This branch has the worst lobby customer service to see bankers. The tellers didn’t know the process and I ended up waiting for 25 minutes to see a banker only to be told you have to make an appointment and there’s no other options. Bankers were sitting in their cubes talking to each other and not helping customers instead of talking a walk in appointment. I understand a lot of businesses are short staffed but if your employees have enough time to stand around talking about your weekend for 20 minutes you could probably take an appointment for a 18+ year customer. When I called in to the customer service line they have no other option but to go in to a branch. Absolutely awful options for something that is so simple and takes 5 minutes at other banks. Do better Wells Fargo.
