I don't like to go this location. There are always 5 to 6 people waiting in line and 1 clerk. There isn't enough employees to handle the volume. I will say the tellers are friendly when I can finally talk to someone but overall I'm rating a two.

Do not bank with them. Had a car loan for my daughter and cosigned. This was probably 10 years ago. About every six months we get a check in our names for overpaying. Sometimes 9$ or 20$. We don't bank with them but check from them. We go and they want license, s.security card and birth cert. From both of us on a 8$ check they issued. If immediately dont get down to cash they send letters saying to cash. Had to go inside at 4:30 2 cashiers lines are 10 deep. Manager walking around just looking at lines. While 2 tellers in the back are in process of clocking out. Are you kidding me 1/2 hour for 9$? The first time we had to wait longer while the teller checked with mgmt. And called issueing location on the check. 45 min. For 20$. And they wonder why I dont go down right away. This was there oversight on the car loan. Must 6th check they sent us. Makes me wonder what else they screwed up on.

EVERY TIME!! every time I come through the drive thru at the window, they take FOREVER!! There's 3 ladies always standing around chatting, not worried about the people in the drive thru or when I come inside they will walk around and pretend they didn't see me until I have to bang to get their attention.Stay away from here if you want fast service, go elsewhere!!!!!!!!

trying to get in touch with this branch is a joke. i called for 27 minutes straight, starting at 9:00 am. on 8.10.23 i went thru the drive thru to cash a $155.88 check and marisol the teller only gave me $120.00. i dont live anywhere near this branch to just run over and take care of it. someone needs to answer the phone and put the $35.00 i was shorted, into my account. probably wont cash my little payroll check here anymore.

Over 14 people in line.One teller working.Three tellers on “break” watching the line and chatting behind the desk.Two managers walking around asking how people are doing and then vanishing in the back and refusing to alleviate any of the line.Very common occurrence at this particular Wells Fargo.

Security is very rude. Their inability to participate in community organized events is just another reason to walk your business across the street to Cobalt.

i haven't went to this branch in a whileee but i went last week and was attended by marisela . there was a long wait but i understand that's not the tellers fault. overall good service just long wait times.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years. I like Wells Fargo & I have not had any problems with my personal or business accounts while I have been with them. However, once in a blue moon, I stop by the 24th & L Street location to deposit checks into 1 of my accounts. Today, Saturday, February 18, 2023 happened to be 1 of those days.As usual, I waited a minimum of 10 minutes to be served in the drive thru lane. This was actually surprising because it usually takes longer as there are only 1-2 people serving clients for the personal lanes & the commercial lane. However, the woman who served me, Yanira, was rude & prompted me to make my future deposits electronically or through an ATM. I wanted to let her know why I purposely chose to deposit my money though the drive thru lane, but I couldn’t do that because she kept talking. Then, when I tried to say something, she literally talked over me & would not listen to me.I politely thanked her for the information, but felt this was very poor customer service for various reasons-especially because I am a business owner & I would never treat my clients in this manner!Also, while I was waiting my turn, I did not hear Yanira tell the client in front of me, the client on my left side, or the client in the commercial lane that they should not make deposits through the drive thru lane, so I am wondering why she decided to treat me so rudely?If Wells Fargo no longer wants to help people, in person, they should notify the public. The bank’s hours already make it difficult enough for people like me, who work a minimum of 50 hours a week, to go there.In addition, if the bank is having a staffing shortage, maybe Wells Fargo should provide adequate pay & training to its staff members so they aren’t trying to purposely push customers away from approaching the bank?This is not the 1st time that I have had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time to be served at this location. It is also not the 1st time that I have been treated rudely at this location either. Unfortunately, I had to use this location because the bank closes at noon, on Saturdays, & I did not have enough time to drive to another location where I could have been treated better.I sincerely don’t understand what is wrong with the management or the staff at this location because I, along with other reviewers, have had better experiences at other Wells Fargo locations in Omaha.I find this extremely disappointing, especially since this is the location closest to me & this is not the kind of experience one expects to receive when they are going to the bank that they have chosen to do business with!

I was open a Business account on this location and one day I made an appointment online and I just 5 minutes late because of traffic and the lady in lobby she said you have to make a new appointment. It's very disappointed for me and I then after I never been go on this location.

I can't put a 0 but one is still good for the worst Wells Fargo In the world. They never have enough staff expect to wait about 30 min to see a teller..

There's a teller name Marisela who has very poor customer service. She dont even smile and when she seen a big line that was in the lobby she left the other teller by himself. Worst experience i am having on my first time been here. Plus was thinking about opening a account with u guys. But it will not happen. I will take my business somewhere else who appricate there customers. Been waiting in line for 30min to break a bill ??

Nobody to open a business account… I’ll take my money elsewhere then. Woman in front said she could look to see if any other branches had open appointments today, I replied ok let’s do that to which she said you have your phone? Go on the website. ohhhh you meant do it myself ok gotcha

Worst bank ever! The service is so slow, I have been waiting in the drive thru for a half hour now to pay my mortgage, I have tried coming at different times in the day and same thing. I have gone to other branches and have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. It is frustrating also when you can see in the tellers windows and there are employees just sitting in chairs, doing nothing while there are currently 7 people in the drive thru. So frustrating and will be thinking about moving my services elsewhere!
