If you like waiting in line for poor service this is the bank for you. Opened my checking account in 1996 and have put up with their garbage service because they have atms all over the country and after 28 years my wf account was tied to so many things it is a hassle to change. After today's b.s. and attitude at their 168th and maple location I'm done.

Warning to anyone with insurance checks that include the bank…there is a younger condescending manager at this location who does not want to help and lacks people skills.

Been with this Bank for too long. I really can’t tell everyone enough that this Bank is all for themselves. I have never been encounter with so many crooks. PS everyone that has Wells Fargo better start watching your statements because they will charge you for every little thing that they can and several times.

The lady at the window inside doesn’t know what she’s doing so she asks the manager for help on everything and the manager is RUDE. I told my husband we’re switching banks because I hate dealing with these ladies. In the end, we got done what needed done on the app so it backfired on the manager that was nasty. Read the reviews Wells Fargo and do something about it, I swear they make up their own rules as the day goes on. As another reviewer said, we wanted to just deposit into an account and they refused to let us do so. We didn’t want a receipt , any info or anything, just a stupid deposit!

I’m leaving this review because I wanted to make a cash deposit into my wife’s bank account with her debit card and she was not with me and they wouldn’t allow me to put money into my wife’s bank account. They wouldn’t even allow me to call her on the telephone and have her answer security questions. They were very rude and unhelpful. I guess the main complaint would be against Wells Fargo’s policies. If this is what they were enforcing. It makes absolutely no sense. I should be able to put cash into any account I like. If I put it in the wrong account. That’s my mistake not Wells Fargo’s. Banks are trash.

I go to a lot of different Wells Fargo’s throughout the week and I always regret not just coming to this location. I swear every other Wells Fargo employee seems like they’re having the worst day of their lives except for Mallory at this location. Someone give her a raise because I am so tired of going to other locations and dealing with the bad attitudes of their employees.

This location is Terrible, refused to do a business deposit because I had too many check. Decided to let someone else withdraw $2000 out of my account.

No service over the phone.....don't waste your time trying, they won't pick up. Online banking and bill pay works well though.

I went the to talk to a banker about a problem, the were two of them there working, neither wanted to talk to me because they had appointments coming in. One finally agreed to help me, but help me he did not. He didn't have a clue, had no answer at all. I went home, figured it out myself after about a half hour and some phone calls. He should have known Immediately what the problem was. It was simple if you're a real banker. He was also very rude.

What service? Bought a home and tried to get an appointment with a banker to transfer money. Lots of luck. Couldn't even get through to our branch. Terrible SERVICE.
