I stopped in just to do a cash deposit. There was no line. The interior looked for nice and well-kept. The employee I spoke to was very helpful and good at his job. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes, quickest deposit I've ever done!

Quite disappointed, my mother went in to open a new checking account… My mother is older. She doesn’t always understand everything but the only reason she went to open the account is because we seen a promotion going on, if you open up an account, you get 325 after $1000 in direct deposit and so that seemed like a good deal and the bank was close to the house upon her appointment. She was told that they have no such promotion lady did not allow her to provide a promotional code or anything, about 15 minutes later, my daughter showed up to help my mother and showed the lady the promotion and promotional code and the lady said well it’s too late to add because we’re already done and I would have to close this account and open a new sounding very annoyed so my daughter just left it alone , but I’m frustrated because my mom asked at the very beginning she had the code to provide. We were told they did not take it. They did not do promotions so I called today to talk to the branch manager and see if we can get this rectified and she instantly talked over me hardly let me talk and explain the situation kept trying to rectify the wrongs without even hearing what I’m saying. I felt very unheard. I feel like my mom was rushed through her account and that she did not understand half of what the lady was telling her she opted out of overdraft protection, which is crazy cause she shouldn’t of and didn’t even know what it was. The appointment was for one hour and they were done within 20 minutes and the lady was rude About the promotion. And the bank manager was not at all helping fix the situation. She just said she can take a complaint, She said she spoke with a banker and she understands the situation now, but I feel she has wrong information and was unwilling to even hear our side very unprofessional. I would not recommend opening an account at this branch. My daughter just opened her first account at the branch off Emmett st and used this same promotion there explained everything took her time was so kind and nice. Just totally the opposite of the visit at this branch Not at all what I expected! I myself have been a customer with Wellsfargo for over 10+ years and I have never experienced this prior!

Had an appointment set up for a week for 9am that was time sensitive. Received a voicemail (was on another call) at 8:45am on the day of the appointment that the time would not work for them and to call back to reschedule. I tried to call back several times, but the calls went straight to voicemail.I understand things happen, but this was handled poorly.Another branch was able to accommodate.

Fix your driveway. This is ridiculous. There's a series of potholes that have to be navigated, before the parking lot can be accessed. Any handyman, could fix the problem in couple of hours. No reason at all for this.Also, why is personal identification required to make a deposit into a corporate account? You clearly have any information required by law to open the account. The employee making the deposit, does not benefit personally from that money. Their personal info is immaterial.

They claim wells fargo checks should instantly clear being deposited into a wells fargo account. Even through mobile banking, the check was under $600 from a multi-million dollar company. They can't cancel the mobile deposit yet magically there is a hold on my money for THREE F×CKING DAYS when I could've gone in and got my cash however with the poor service and limited tellers i cant waste my entire lunch break weekly. As a new customer, ill be closing my account out very quickly. As I have to wait 3 days to get paid what I'm owed. The company I work for, also does not have a hold on any of their payroll checks.

I love this location ! The staff is always friendly and really knowledgeable. The management is so friendly and personable and always make me feel like the valued customer I am. I recommend this branch to all my friends and family!
