I ordered through the app hoping to get my food inside and leave. When I got there, dining room was closed. It didn't say that in the app or online. They should post that in app so people don't order to get it inside. This is ridiculous. Do better!!!

0/5 stars. Terrible service at this location. Takes way too long, cashier talks to boyfriend thru window while you wait, can't get you a receipt, frosty machine is always broken or 'out of frosty stuff' - all flavors at the same time ? would not recommend and will not be back. Not my first post about this Wendy's location.

The only Wendy's I will go to now. This is how you run a Wendy's. I was able to go inside and order. They were nice and courteous. They welcomed me in. They took my order in an orderly fashion. My food was done in minutes, not hours. Best service I have ever gotten at a Wendy's. They were so fast. They had 5 cars in line when I left. They had none. I was probably there for a second.

Couldn't go into the sitting area due to staffing shortages per a sign on the door. Not sure what shortages they were talking about. There were at least 2 people in drive thru and 2 in the kitchen. I used to work in McDonald's and we would only have 1 in the kitchen, one on the front counter and and in the drive thru. It looks like they just didn't want to deal with inside customers.

This Wendy’s is seriously the work place to door dash for! They will refuse to make food and just close the drive through window on you. They should not be allowed to use DoorDash to deliver their food. It is just a total waist of your time and money to come to this location!

Ordered through the app at 10:15pm location doesn’t close till 11. Got to the location at 10:30 and they had closed early. If you close early you should probably turn off ordering in the app.

Tried to dine in.Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, with zero acknowledgment from staff. They would walk by and not make eye contact or anything. Don't try to mobile order here. Food will not be fresh and toppings ignored. Inside is closed forced through drive thru.
