Old bread , meatballs were freezer burnt taste , barely any sauce and was cold . Cheese was not melted . Horrible

Do not waste your time. Two sandwiches and drinks for $30 and all you will receive is bread with bare minimum meats. If you like paying top dollar for very dry bread and wet lettuce this place is for you.

They scam workers out of pay and fire them when they speak about it. Worst sandwich place you get better flavor with great value ingredients. NEVER COME HEREDietary restrictions: Gluten free bread

We picked up our food & spent $20 for 2 sandwiches that was not that good. The girls working were not friendly and sooo slow. My sandwich was suppose to come with avocado & there wasn't any unfortunately because I was really looking forward to it. My husband got the grinder and his sandwich lacked a lot of meat & was dry. Last time we came in my bread had mold on it. We won't be back for awhile. It used to be great.

Some of the staff that work here act extremely bizarre. They wouldn’t walk one second to bring my sandwich to the other side of the counter were I was waiting and asked me several times to sit down. Very strange and off putting behavior.

Pick up order was sort of a disaster. Without going into details of the wait, confusion, and missed parts of the order, I think they are understaffed. The two people working seemed to be keeping a frenetic pace. A third set of hands/eyes/ears would go a long way to stabilize the experience, especially during the lunch hour. A lot is being asked of a crew of only two.Atmosphere wise I can't, there isn't much seating, the air is filled with fry grease, and that seems to coat the floor and tables.Food-wise the ingredients seemed good, fresh. And they were applied in good relative proportions.

First and last time. One sandwich was so bland I tasted nothing but pickles, and other literally tasted like nothing. The one guy was rude when we asked where the cups were and all the tea/soda tasted sour.Also really dark and dirty looking inside.

Wasn't as good as I remember. Got the grinder which seemed kinda dry and there weren't as many options as when you used to mark what you wanted on the bag with a sharpie. It's touchscreen ordering now which is becoming the norm it seems. Had to add pickles and mustard when I got home. Didn't see an option to add and I double checked.

Sammiches were great. Meatball and Club. Miss the classic mark on the bags instead of the digital ordering system.

Went in for lunch today to try their cloud which….to their credit the bread it self was good but my meatball sub was ICE COLD when I ordered it HOT on the kiosk. Also took 25 minutes…. $12 for a miniature sandwich-and forced tip on top of that? when you have to do everything but make the food? Gross food, bad service, horrible first impression and there will never be a second.

food was just okay, seemed meat quantity was more skimpy than i remember. we ordered a shake and when it was given to us the cup was only half full, when we questioned the kid behind the counter why we pay full price for half the product, he said i dont know that is just the way i was told to make it.

I . Love. Which Wich. I have been on such a huge sandwich kick lately and this place has been my go to. The bread is soft, the sandwiches are flavorful, and it's delicious!Add a side of salt and vinegar chips
