Apartment is nice with the price you pay. If you want better place just pay more and stay at the place where you don’t have to call for maintenance every other week. If you are ready to call for maintenance every other week this is the perfect place to stay. This rating is for both NP Dodge and Whispering Pines as whispering is already broken and there is so much you can expect from the broken place. Called emergency number(which is managed by NP Dodge) as my ac was broken they will make sure to keep you on a hold for 20 mins. No ETA and will not give you any sort of answer when the issue will be fixed or when the maintenance guy will visit your place as NP dodge has zero idea that this place exist as well. So 2 ⭐️ for whispering pines and zero for NP. So have to average it and give 1⭐️

My wife and I are extremely pleased with everything about this community. The neighbors are quiet and polite, people are respectful of each others’ reserved parking spaces and shared outdoor areas, and the team in the office is exceptional. My wife and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with both Anna and Brianna and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience communicating with them on any concerns. When we first moved in, any issues we had were taken care of promptly and we were kept in the loop the entire time. We honestly could not have asked for anything better! We love living here so far! Recommend 100%.

These townhomes were very clean, and the leasing agent was very polite and helpful! Catherine answered all of my questions, learned about what I was looking for and made appropriate suggestions involving a sister property, Lake Forrest Townhomes. Recommend fully!

What started out as a great place to live quickly turned into a nightmare as we came home to someone regularly parked in our numbered/reserved parking spot! We were told upon touring this property that the numbered spots were reserved for each resident as the number matched each townhouse address and violators would be towed...that apparently was a lie! College kids and neighbors guest rudely parked in numbered spots which are in front of each townhouse door making things extremely awkward. When reported to management nothing was done and excuses were made. We only chose those townhomes because of reserved parking which was not only told to us but other residents as well by leasing staff. If you like coming home with lots of groceries, shopping bags, small children, etc to bring in the house but have to park around the corner and down the street from your home although you were told the spot in front of YOUR DOOR is reserved for you then this is the perfect place to move to! Oh and there is a sign posted that says numbered parking is for residents only and all others will be towed but the phone number and sign are a joke! Good luck

A great place to live. Whispering is a great name for them because it's so quiet and peaceful. We have lived here a few years, and nothing but positive things to say. The staff is very helpful and alert to any repairs that need to be done. It's right next to Methodist's School of Nursing, which means added security. Each Town home includes 1 dedicated parking spot, and there are plenty of public parking spaces all within decent walking distance. The location is excellent, and you are super close to Westroads and other stores and places to eat. Town homes also include a washer and dryer hook up. Well worth looking into if you want a safe, secure place to live and want something with more space than your regular apartment.
