White Castle Roofing replaced the shingles and gutters on my home in September, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The entire process, from scheduling to final cleanup, was seamless and professional. Their workmanship was outstanding, and I appreciated that they don’t use subcontractors, ensuring that all work remains under their direct supervision. The administrative team was also extremely helpful. They installed Class 4 shingles, which qualified me for a substantial discount on my State Farm homeowners insurance, and they managed all the necessary paperwork for this. Special thanks to Liz for her assistance—she deserves recognition for her excellent customer service.

When we had the storm damage to the house we contacted several reputable companies but White Castle was quick to respond, answered all my questions and did an amazing job on my roof and gutters. White Castle has done two repairs after two separate storms knocked off shingles for us this summer. After a referral to White Castle Roofing, I was contacted by Jordon of White Castle Roofing regarding water leakage to our second floor ceiling. Jordon quickly responded to our call, validated the source of the water leakage, made the necessary repairs to stop the leak and inspected the rest of the roof to ensure that no additional repairs were needed. We will contact White Castle Roofing in the future for any other roof issues solely for their quick response, thorough work ethic, professionalism and reasonable cost.

White Castle recently replaced our hail damaged roof with high impact shingles. Their crew did an outstanding job and were timely, efficient, detailed. Our salesman, Taylor, was very so helpful in choosing our shingles.
White Castle also replaced our gutters and downspouts. Again, their crew was superior, and we have zero complaints. We are so happy and satisfied with their products and workmanship.

Another excellent experience with this company. We’ve used them before and, now, after a major recent storm seriously damaged our roof and gutters, Vat and his crew were prompt and professional. They made the needed repairs carefully and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the work.

They keep you waiting for looongggg time to get you on schedule. So we cannot plan anything related to roof repair. Been following up since July storm and after approving the quote from my side. No updates from them ever. They need some collaborative communication training.
