“This is my favorite costco in all of Omaha. They are busy a majority of the time but in comparison to the other locations it is way more tolerable. The location is in a great spot as well with not too many places close by to cause even more congestion. They change what they carry so often that I do not want to comment on what they carry but I have found things worth buying plenty of times here. I also cannot fail to comment on how helpful and kind the staff are especially at checkout. They are more than willing to help scan larger items which is great. Overall, amazing location.”

“As someone who needs handicap assistance at the pump, Sara or another attendant are always willing to help. Sara and team are super friendly, and even though you probably have to wait in line, for the price I'm paying and the service I receive, it's usually worth it.”
“Shawn Weyh from Eagan recommended a product called Pull to help clean the limescale from my tub. I have very hard water and nothing was working. That product removed the lime scale so easily! I would recommend this product!”

“Kinda new to the whole getting gas at Costco thing. Been a member for years, many actually…but the long lines in Socal (previous abode), were daunting. Omaha though? Not so bad. Two thoughts to help anyone reading reviews. 1. If you are new to the costco fuel pump, the scanner for your costco card can be a bit difficult to find, imo. I attached a pic that shows exactly where to scan the card in case you are a bit frenetic. I know, I know..most of you think it’s silly to point it out, but I still get confused. 2. They have Top Tier fuel. Some people may not care, but my baby gets the good stuff.”

The place is busy, of course, but as long as you know that and accept it as a fact, then the rest of the experience is fine. Lots of gluten-free options, too. Love, love, love the scan and go option, too!”
“Love me some Costco pizza!!! Great amount of sauce, cheese galore. Guys…if you have a Costco card and haven’t given their pizza a try, WTH?!?! Non Costco card peeps…it’s almost worth the price of membership alone. And I’m happy to discover, they have changed out their food court Pepsi options for Coca-Cola! Under $5 and you can have almost a full day’s calories, so be warned! The chicken bake is good, Hot Dog is a staple, not a huge fan of the Caesar… Service is usually good. Sometimes they’ll get busy with the large amount of full pizza orders to go and only one person at the register. But again, the wait is worth it.”

“I was able to find all the information I need online, but I prefer to go through people. When I called Owen was so helpful and friendly. He was able to tell me about the process, made an appointment for me same day, and was very informative with all my questions. When I arrived for my appointment, Alex was up front and got me checked in, was also very friendly and made the process easy. When I picked up my car, another employee came out from the back and handed me all my paperwork, while also going over all the coverages, and information to take home. I usually go to my dealer for tires, but I will absolutely be coming back for my tire services from now on!”
“This is hands down one of the best, most affordable pharmacies in Omaha. Everyone working there has been helpful and efficient. It’s Costco, so if it’s busy the pharmacy will be too, but it’s always been as efficient as possible. Not sure if other people who wrote negative reviews have never been to a CVS or Walgreens. People there work to get the best price for meds without being asked. Plus, it’s far more affordable than most places. I’ve never had to argue a case or have meds lost in a system. I’ve also never waited because they were out of something. Cashiers have always been personable and friendly.”

“Went in recently to do a regular stock-up and overall it was a pretty solid experience. The place was clean, organized, and easy enough to get around even though it was fairly busy. Prices felt reasonable for buying in bulk, especially on household items and snacks. Some aisles were a little crowded, but staff did a decent job keeping things moving and answering quick questions. Checkout took a bit of time, but that’s kind of expected at a warehouse club. Quality of products seemed consistent with what I usually find here. Nothing mind-blowing, but it does what it’s supposed to do and makes bulk shopping convenient.”

“I bought a Dultmeier spot free reverse osmosis system. I thought a part was missing and Dultmeier sent a new part overnight free of charge. I later found I was mistaken and had the part all along. Installed the system, started it up and it worked right out of the box - no leaks, no issues, no problems. I highly recommend this company!”
