We went back to that original store three times and never got our issue resolved. This week I went to the Brakes Plus at 18440 Wright St, they took the car for a test drive with me, they heard the issue, did a complete warranty replacement of the front strut assembly and the car now is performing beautifully. The service manager and technicians were all polite and accommodating. I would definitely come back here for any repairs needed.”
