I had my car here for 2 months and not any of the work got done. I should have known for the couple of times I went in to check on my car, he was just drinking beers and working on his own bike and not any of the cars. I know for a fact that my car was driven cause the Mercedes Me Application tells me and the mileage is higher than what I originally had it at when I first took the car in. Judging from the other reviews this company likes to just joy ride nice cars that people trust and pay you to fix to end up not being fixed, months of fees for you holding it there all for nothing. Please seek help else where if you need work done on your vehicle.

i paid $13,000 for them to fix my front bumper and paint the wheels. they had my vehicle for four months and didn't fix the front bumper, they just ordered a new original equipment bumper. the wheels were not painted white like i asked them to. find professionals to work on your car and save your time and money by not choosing these people

Bought a car from Edwards Auto Group, but they don't provide an inspection. Emailed William's, and he got back to me pretty quickWe knew we definitely needed a new radiator. They told me they could help and provide an inspection. Very knowledgeable and let me know they specialize in collision repair but he will help with what he can.

My vehicle needed bodywork after I backed into a pole. I filed a claim with the insurance company and they said they would cover about half of the estimate I submitted from Williams automative.Shawn at Williams automotive told me not to worry about it, he would deal with the Insurance company and make sure my car was restored to "as new" condition, He assured me he communicates with insurance companies regularly and I had nothing to worry about. He delivered!He completely took the hassle of dealing with the insurance company upon himself and out of my hands. The outcome was exactly as he promised, my car was fixed to as new condition and my insurance company covered the costs.A big thanks to Williams Automotive!Services: Body & Trim

They replaced my headlight and did a great job. I took it in twice - the first time they thought they could just clean it off and would take care of the problem, and didn't even charge me for it. But the whole headlight ended up needing replaced so I had to take it back. The prior owner had gotten in an accident and apparently the replaced parts on the bumper were not factory and glued into place and such, but they were able to get my headlight replaced without needing to do any additional work. They have also worked on my parents' cars before too (body work after accidents) and have done an excellent job. Highly recommend!
