DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I will NEVER be shopping here again. Tried to return a dress for the second time and explain to them that it stained all over my skin and purse. The staff was rude and extremely unprofessional both times. Unwilling to work with me and said there is nothing they can do. I also found out that they source from the same malicious China clothing companies such as Temu and Ali express. They are just a glorified Shein.

Pretty amazing how the reviews were so good seven months ago and new staff or new ownership has destroyed this brand unfortunately I will be telling everyone to stop getting their dresses from here. My daughter had the worst experience for her homecoming dress by a rude employee named Gabby. I would hopefully you take this review with your upmost respect and either figure out how to run your employees better or make your system come back to where you deserve a five star review at this point in time I will be leaving multiple reviews and being able to have everyone blast reviews at the same time welcome to a one star service.

Worst experience ever! We waited 2 hours for a dressing room. Finally got into the dressing room after 2 hours & an employee kicked us out of the dressing room saying it wasn’t our turn/customers saying we cut in front of them which wasn’t true. The cashier told us the dress wasn’t returnable after we paid, then handed us our receipt all crinkled up in a ball. I would give zero stars if I could. Extremely unorganized, rude employees and the dresses are cheap/thin material. I would avoid this store at all costs! Spent 3 hours in one store, for one dress and got treated horribly.

Great dresses and prices, however staff was rude in dressing room. They were not paying attention when people exited rooms, super long line waiting. A friend went and looked and said there was an open one and they were rude and would not admit they missed it. The line of moms waiting were in agreement. They could have just said sorry we missed that, just grab us next time and we'll get on it.

The new manager, Ashley, took the time to help me find a dress for an upcoming event. The store did not have the right size for me but she ordered it and I was super impressed with the quick turn around! Definitely shopping with Ashley again!!

I absolutely love this store, their customer service and their clothing. The apparel I’ve bought from Windsor has lasted me longer than any name brand I’ve ever shopped! I strictly shop and Windsor for my fancy dresses and my classy daily attire.

Since the management change, employees have been super friendly and helpful! My friend went in the store the other day looking for some cute clothes and the staff were able to help her find exactly what she needed.

Awesome company that carries everything you need from your bridal party, bachelorette attire, formal wear, professional work clothing down to club wear! Windsor has a fun atmosphere and helpful staff.
