I owed taxes this year, so I had a few questions about the filing. Upon Opal filing my taxes, I end up contacting the IRS for clarity, when I asked Opal about a credit, she began running down her accolades and asked, do people think the IRS knows more than me, you could have gone to these ? people , but you came to me.When I return to request an email on the tax ammendments she filed. She became semantically argumentative and told me she did not amend, she added information and to told me to just go online and pay, you don't need documentation from IRS to do so, you'll be charged interest everyday if you don't. I wish I could have obtain better customer service, instead of the condescending attitude. As good as of tax preparer she may or may not be, I do not wish to return to someone that becomes so defensive. If she is the expert that she proclaims, one should be able to provide that service without making her paid clientele feel unwise.

I've been going here for years, I love the whole establishment,but the owners personally are great people. They get u in and out in a timely manner. Willing to correct or answer any questions or break downs u need. I give them a 10 I don't see anyone else doing my taxes other then Wise Tax!

I got referred here by my co-worker my experience at the actual building was nice but a week or so after I filed my taxes here my co worker brought it to my attention that on her paperwork her direct deposit information was not the one she gave them so when I got home I checked mines and realized mines wasn’t the correct information either. When I called Opal she told me that the money was going to MET BANK and then it would be deposited into my account FAILED to let me know that there was going to be a $104 fee just to deposit the money ! And she claims that she gave me the option to pay my for my taxes up front but she DID NOT ! I had to ask her myself what the charges were to file my taxes that’s the only reason I found out. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
