My vehicle had it's issues, no doubt. I was upfront with those issues and sent Ron pics and a video. Online offered me a very fair offer. After getting pics and video, Ron drops the price. It was still reasonable. Drive half an hour to meet Ron and he says he will give me $250. After I told him Lakeside would give me $600 and the brand new tires on it are worth more than the $250 alone. Says to my face "I'm not trying to rip you off". Yet, he tried ripping me off to my face. Ron is a con artist and I won't ever deal with Auto Exchange OR Woodhouse as a whole again. Glad I got my new vehicle from somewhere other than Conhouse Ford. Joke!

Personally I have always believed Woodhouse was a honest dealership which could show integrity on what they sell. In 2018 I purchased my second Buick Encore, I purchased an extended warranty bumper-to-bumper and powertrain. When signing the contract, I was told EVERYTHING WOULD BE COVERED EXCEPT NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. My vehicle ended up in the shop there was three items that needed replaced; all but one was covered under powertrain and third one should of been but they denied the claim. This claim cost me $1500.00. The service department stated they have no idea why this part was not covered because it should be. In todays economy people/businesses should be working together not trying to put more hardship in people lives, especially when the customer purchased an extended warranty, then they denied the claim. Shame on you Woodhouse and GMC!! The world is tough enough.

I filled out a kbb instant cash offer and Ron contacted me saying they wanted my car and was constantly asking me to come see him. I explained that I live over an hour away. I was completely honest on the kbb assessment about the damage it has. I finally get time to come see him and he wouldn't even make an offer on it. So I drove all that way and used all that gas to be turned away because even though the car matched what I put they didn't want my car after all. I understand business and I know dealerships are looking for cars that they can get the biggest profit off of, but to have me waste that much time and gas when the damage was what I put to the best of my abilities is wrong. I definitely won't be back.

Was having a nice lunch when an employee of this company arrived to pick up a sizeable carryout order. The young man employeed by Woodhouse was not only impatient and demanding, but he also did not even tip the staff on his large order. I do hope management sees this and rectifies the situation with Tanner's on Center. It's wild to think that people who work for commission would show up somewhere and not leave a tip.

I cannot thank Ron enough for making this process as easy as possible for me. He was patient and understanding during the entire process and really helped to take the stress off while trying to sell my late mother's car. I needed a ride back home and they were able to accommodate that. The gentleman who drove me home was very kind and I felt safe with his driving with my infant in the back! Thank you Ron for your professionalism in helping me with the Jeep. As you mentioned from the beginning you were transparent and forthcoming. Woodhouse Auto Exchange was awesome to work with. They let me take my vehicle to the nearest Woodhouse dealership, instead of driving 2.5 hours. After they looked it over, the manager called me within 10 minutes with a quote. They were very fair with their offer, and made it a seamless process. I will definitely be going through woodhouse in the future!
