I just moved to Omaha so this was my first experience of the Woodhouse Buick GMC service staff. I’m very pleased with the friendliness of every person I spoke with, and the exceptional speed and efficiency of the routine check up. The facility is quite nice as well. Thanks!

Sean in the service department was wonderful! My appointment wasn’t booked properly so it didn’t show but he went above and beyond to help. Car was serviced right away and he sent off paperwork for the extended warranty quickly to get all my pairs covered. He is knowledgeable, has excellent customer service, and made sure I left completely satisfied. Changed my opinion of dealerships so I may be buying my next car from you! Easiest process I’ve had at a dealership, EVER.

One afternoon after a Dr. appointment, the light reminding me that I was due for an oil change came on so I drove to the dealership to see if they could get me in that day. They were full so I scheduled for the next day. I waited while they serviced my Encore and washed it. What great service!

I was told 3 days and it took 5. I can understand delays happening but I can't plan around them if I'm not told ahead of time. I dropped my car off on Sunday night and had a rental through Wed at 5. On Wednesday, after hearing absolutely nothing, I called and left a message at 10am through voice mail. I called again at 1:30 and was told the person I needed to talk to was at lunch until 2 and would call me back, which they didn't. I returned the rental hoping for the best and not until I called again at 5 was I told of a delay and of course the person could sympathize with me but my car had not even been started yet. I even expressed on that phone call at 1:30 that I needed to know so I could extend the rental. I have 2 younger kids and luckily they didn't have school Thursday and Friday or I would been even more put out. I had to borrow a car to go to their conferences. Hopefully I won't need another repair in the body shop, but if I do I'd be hesitant to bring it back here if simple communication isn't a priority.

I waited for my Vehicle while they did rear break pads and an oil change. The waiting room was Nice and I was also able to get in a 2 1/2 mile walk around their Showroom . Over all a Pleasant Experience.

Jeff in service is amazing and very "on it" and Justin Polland is the shiznet!! I love Woodhouse now, purchased 2 cars from them in 18 and 21. Would like to see more services "thrown in" when you purchase there......Other folks have told me they dont and wont go there as not enough incentives ...........I DC they take great care of me!

It was such a pleasure walking into Omaha buick GMC. Everyone was super professional from the moment we walked into the doors. I bought my car in Missouri and my car was making a strange noise from an after market alarm that was installed. Ryan Burke was quick to help us, his customer service was 100x better than what my expectations would have been prior to walking in to any dealership. Super helpful, professional, knowledgeable on all of my questions and did everything in his power to take care of us and the vehicle!!Would recommend Ryan Burke to everyone

Gus is amazing! I have known him for a very long time. He is responsive and knowledgeable. If we reach out with questions, he always has answers or ideas to get us what we need. His resourcefulness is why we keep coming back. We've referred multiple friends and family to him and they have ALL received the same kind of attention from him. Car salesmen don't always get positive connotations; HOWEVER, Gus is the opposite of that. His integrity and his philosophy of how he takes care of his customers on behalf of Woodhouse is the BEST I have ever experienced!

Each team member at this dealer that has helped me has been professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The initial purchase was quick and smooth, and the stop at the service department had the broken part replaced under warranty in less than 15 minutes, and I was back on the road. Love my purchase from here. Very much recommend.

I know the price per month sucks and I knew exactly where I was but I knew that up front before the search started. I was honest to you about it, but Gus........ YOU ARE THE FREAKING MAN!!!!! This thing is BEYOND GORGEOUS! There was zero settling, I got everything I wanted and more at a great price and you fought for me. I LOVE IT and you!!! Thank you again and I do have to admit I'm so sad. I'm sad because I'm not going need another vehicle because I'm so happy with it!Oh wait, we have the girls turning 16 soon... so we'll be back! Once again Gus pulls through beyond expectations.

Sean in the Service Department. Had to get a new engine for my 2014 GMC Terrain as it was destroyed from a bad timing chain. He talked me through every option and when he found out I had a warranty he took it and ran from there. He got me over $9000 covered by warranty. Thank you to the shop guys as well for getting it done so quickly and doing a great job.

Gus Maiakis stepped in to help with our deal, as the salesman we had been working with took ill. Gus was great to work with and went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and cared for. All the staff we encountered the day we purchased our truck were friendly, professional and very welcoming. Great customer service !

Ordered parts on GMC website to be installed by dealer. Got confirmation from the dealership that the parts were delivered and that I should talk to the service department to schedule an appointment to get the parts installed. Took about a dozen phone calls to finally get in contact with the service department to get the appointment scheduled. On the day of the appointment, I struggled to get updates on the installation. Finally I called at 3:00PM (my appointment was at 7:00am) to see if my truck was done, thankfully it was. Giving 2 stars only because the accessories that were installed look good.

Stephanie in service is spectacular! Great information on necessary service needs, excellent communication through process and she even caught unnecessary incorrect charge on bill and quickly made correction while reviewing. Truck back to running top notch and I appreciate knowing that it’s again safe to drive.
