Gus Maiakis stepped in to help with our deal, as the salesman we had been working with took ill. Gus was great to work with and went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and cared for. All the staff we encountered the day we purchased our truck were friendly, professional and very welcoming. Great customer service !

What an absolute joke of a business. No communication at all on what's going on. I ordered a vehicle months ago and I have tried calling salesmen and the manager with no calls back. If my business was ran this way I would fire all of them. Horrible. Negative 5 stars for sure.

This should be a negative star. It was in the day a trusted business convergent with a highly respected service department.....that aspect has road away and down the highway.So if you thing Plaza Buick GMC means business as usual...it only presents a false positive. There is something to be said about independant dealerships, small businesses and private business. They built a reputation honesty and not on quantity of work.You can't knock on wood at this house for that.

I purchased a 2010 suburban from them that I thought was a great deal but it was a lemon so I took the vehicle back three months later and reported the many things that were wrong with the vehicle and I told them I wanted to trade it for a different Suburban and I purchased the first vehicle for over $13,000 and all they gave me for the trade-in value was $8500. I should've walked out then but I did not. I bought a 2017 GMC Yukon XL instead trusting that Woodhouse would take care of me on that. I was told new shocks were put on the vehicle when I bought the truck at 98,890 miles which it states on my purchase agreement. Not even 10,000 miles later I reported to them that the struts were going out on the front of the vehicle and they should be under warranty. I was told by them that due to Covid they were not able to buy the correct struts so they put an aftermarket strut on the vehicle instead of the correct ones but now they have still made me pay for the new struts because they have on their service record that supposedly the mileage when I bought the vehicle was 95,000, needless to say I got screwed over twice so I do not recommend going there. My salesman was Gus and he is a very nice gentleman and was very accommodating to try to get this solved so nothing against him

So, I got my car from this place and while the staff at Woodhouse is cool and got me where I needed to be I can say that they are fine but Sharp Image (the company detailer) is definitely not the place to get your vehicle cleaned or protected. They will do the bare minimum to clean your car and when they can't get a stain out of the carpets, they will spray paint them to look like nothing ever happened to it. The boss at this location doesn't do anything to fix the issues and treats his employees like complete trash! 0-10 for them, take your car elsewhere unless you want it trashed.

Had an appointment for a week to get a recall issue fixed for the service person to LIE TO MY FACE and tell me he tried to get ahold of me but the rental car that we agreed upon that I needed because I gave them my personal car, don't have it. Avoid this place like the plague.

If I could go to any other place to have my work done on my car I would. The customer service is poor at best. They are always attempting to up sell everything even when it's a basic oil change.
