This is an unscrupulous business who tries to take advantage of young women in the service department. My daughter brought our 2 year old Mazda CX5 with 25,000 miles for an oil change and they texted her saying it failed multiple inspections. They said it need a brake flush, fuel injector cleaning and multiple filters( some are recommended to be changed at 30,000 miles). They even told her it needed a transmission fluid service. For a total of over $1,000. Just amazing that you cannot trust their service department.

We’ve been customers of Woodhouse for over 20 years. They have always been accommodating when I’m in the Nebraska area. Kudos to being the best!

I went in for an oil change and everyone was courteous and answered my questions about the services. I would recommend their services. It is a little pricey for an oil change. $79 :)Service: Oil change

We went to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue to see the new Mazda CX90. The dealership, people, and service are all impressive. The dealership is clean and nicely appointed. The people all the way through the process are friendly, professional, and accommodating. The service is thoughtful and efficient. We were assisted by Jose, Holli, and Zach, but everyone I saw in the dealership smiled, said hello, asked if we needed anything, or if we were being helped. I can highly recommend Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue.

The transaction with Woodhouse is amazing. Fred, our agent, have inserted a lot of effort during the process, though we are not responsive at times, he sees to it that we are updated once in a while. It was a smooth process!!!

The process at the dealership was very good. Tyson did a great job with us throughout it all, keeping us informed but not pushy at all. The rest of the staff that we dealt with were all very helpful and pleasant. We got a good deal on our car and we love it.

Single dad of an 18 year old daughter who is about to head off to college 3 hours away. We have spent the last couple months looking at vehicles that would be a "good" college car for her.Buying used was NEVER an option. Why buy a used car with a limited warranty when a new car with a full warranty was just a few thousand more After seriously researching at least 4 different types of vehicles and multiple dealerships we found our way to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue where we met Antonio Gaskill. We told Antonio what we were looking for and when we were looking to sign the paperwork Three things. Safety, reliability and to have my daughters name on the loan and title. We test drove a CX5. One model up from the base model and it has every safety feature we wanted plus a few more. Plus, after talking to the insurance, because of all the safety ratings that come with Mazda, insurance on a new vehicle would ONLY go up $75 a month.My daughter also wanted a white or near white color. None in stock, Antonio did tell us that there were a couple due in within a couple weeksThere was NEVER any pressure. Antonio did a great job of keeping in contact and letting us know that a white CX5 was coming in.Today, about a month or so after meeting Antonio, BOTH my daughter and I signed the paperwork on a 2023 CX5.As an 18 year old, she is on the loan! That's a big deal to me and will benefit her going forward in life.Thank you Antonio and Woodhouse Mazda for working with us literally meeting each of the three requirements that we had!

They were super friendly and kept me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle. They even did a video of my car for me to review of their inspection and everything they did. They also gave me a loaner vehicle due to my crazy work schedule AND brought the loaner to my work and picked my vehicle up from me at work. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! I go out of where I live to do business with them rather than the one in my city due to how well I have been treated.
