Went in today to get all my hair bleached and wanted to go to a golden/ honey blonde. It came out absolutely perfect. Even color, beautiful color, shiny even after the bleach because of the hair mask they used! I forgot the names of the two girls that worked on my hair (wish I remembered) but they were absolutely amazing! 10/10 will be going back. And it was only $83. Went from the left picture (brown hair) to the right picture!

I’ve been coming to xenon since the day my daughter has been on the floor taking clients. She of course does amazing work. This review has nothing to do with her work whatsoever this is about the front desk. The front desk associates have always been kind and respectful, until recently. There is 1 individual that I’m pretty sure is Melinda. Melinda has no customer service skills, tact or awareness of how she treats people. I was checking in for my appointment and my daughter happened to be at the desk when I walked in, she proceeded to get very loud with my daughter not caring one bit she was at the front and center of this establishment with more than just me standing up there. Not only does she not need to be talking to my daughter this way but a customer service representative should never talk this way to ANYONE. I hope this gets addressed because this is not a way to represent any company.

I’ve been coming here to support my family member that is a current student here once a month since she’s been on the floor and always had a great experience, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service at the front desk. I came in expecting to use my usual Friends & Family discount as I have been using it for 10 months with no issues, but the receptionist refused to honor it without any clear explanation. Instead of addressing the situation politely or trying to help, Melinda was dismissive, unprofessional, and downright rude in her tone and facial expressions.
It wasn’t about the discount itself, it was about how I was treated. A simple, respectful conversation would have gone a long way, but instead I left feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. The moment I turned around after paying, she started loudly babbling with other staff about the situation. I hope they address their customer service training so no one else is treated this way.

I would not get my nails done here. I wanted a spa manicure and she did not soak my hands in water just did a manicure with gel. They did not take clean under my nails. Only put one layer of color on my nails- And I can see through my nails. She told me she’s never done French dip so I didn’t get a French dip. There was no warm towels for my legs. She put a cold towel on my legs after the pedicure. Took double the amount of time because she said nobody else was able to do my hands while she did my toe nails. But yet there were student sitting down doing their own nails. I felt like I was very rushed because she was trying to get out on time.

Sydney Shaw was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She gave me everything I wanted and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how she and her teacher genuinely listened to all my wants and concerns. They walked me through every step and made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
I honestly can’t express how much I appreciate the time, care, and attention Sydney gave me. She went above and beyond, and because of that, I would 100% go back. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and delivers, look no further—Sydney is the one. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

I had the most amazing facial experience with Yadira Hernandez at Xenon in Omaha! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. Yadira was super kind, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions with genuine care. Her knowledge and gentle approach made the whole experience feel not only relaxing but also empowering—I left feeling confident and refreshed. If you’re looking for someone who truly loves what they do and makes you feel like a priority, Yadira is the one. I can’t recommend her enough!

Bianca was amazing at doing my highlights! Caught my old stylist “being lazy” my old stylist would only do partial highlights and charge me for full!! Definitely coming back bianca did amazing and I got the real full highlights for half the price and twice the quality!!

Didn't process my hair long enough. Work at a hospital when I finally get another day off it's over there 7-Day policy and I would have to repay so do I live with orange hair on the top and platinum on the bottom. They go there for probably 30 years and I don't think I'll go back

My mom, who is new to town, was looking for somewhere to get a perm. After asking for recommendations on the Let's Talk Papillion Facebook page this place was highly suggested. The place looked very clean and was decorated nicely. My mom had a good experience over all but the stylist was very slow taking almost 3 hours for a cut and perm on short hair. The price was awesome though and we will definitely be back. I got a haircut and loved it and my stylist was so nice and friendly!!

My hairstylist did a fantastic job on my hair. She was so sweet and joyful about it as well. Overall the prices are very cheap and easy to give tips on most places are $35 but overall excellent experience there for the first time ever

They did a great job cutting my kiddo’s hair short for summer! The stylist was conversational and my child had a lovely experience with all the staff we interacted with. Would recommend Xenon every time 🖤
