The staff are great. The only complaint is it is a bit rundown and the evening childcare is always closed making it hard to workout in the evenings after work. If you have a child you have to use another facility. This has been a problem for months due to staffing issues.

Great customer service....love that the fitness area are split by sex so it gives privacy...sauna is awesome to relax.

I've been a member of this YMCA branch for over 30 years. My only complaint is why is there an extra charge to use the Sauna and Steamroom. C'mon guys when will this change? Other than that it would be a 4 to 5 star.

The women's center is still a mess, the jacuzzi looks disgusting! Now the positives...the lady downstairs (I wish I knew her name) in charge of the equipment is doing a great job! There is a new equipment area, which I love! And when the good t.v. channels on the treadmill stopped working I told people upstairs a month ago, I told her and within a couple of weeks it was fixed. So, it's a good work in progress. But if the Y is going to charge extra for the women to use that jacuzzi, you gotta do better or stop charging. Even free I wouldn't use it.

I’ve been coming here for about 5/6 months now and I do love. Yes, the building is old and the pool could use some touch ups, but everything is clean and it’s relatively safe to go on your own.My only complaint is about a specific lifeguard. She’s not at all focused and if her friend, who is another lifeguard, is there then they both just don’t really do their job. I get watching people swim laps for a few hours is boring but it would be nice if when asking a question or raising a concern wasn’t met with a rbf. Literally just that. Every other lifeguard is great (even the one here in the morning).
