The first time I went in, very nice and helpful, had the back brace I needed and the correct size. I had to wait a couple days to get some information from my insurance and the second time I went in - the lady working was very rude to me, she told me they were out of the back braces that I needed (which was a complete LIE as I saw the exact one that I had tried out Monday when I walked into the store AND looked AGAIN on my way out to be sure - and they were there, they were NOT out). She told me I had to get the billing code and that I had to be able to tell them how to bill it to my insurance. I had the 800 # that they could call for billing help and I was told no they would not call. Denied service, why? because of my insurance, because they would have to call an 800 # for help? Completely unprofessional and not willing to help a patient get what they need, therefore I am getting my brace from somewhere else. I COULD HAVE paid for it with cash, but NOT if that is how I am going to be treated.

Pleasant staff!! They carry a wide range of CPAP supplies. They also carry scrubs, which can be difficult to find in my area. Willing to go the extra mile to help with your needs or a loved ones needs.

Very helpful staff! Efficient when doing CPAP set ups. They carry their CPAP supplies in the store making it convenient and easy for patients!

Friendly staff dealing with all types durable medical equipment like Cpaps,mask,cushion, oxygen, wheelchairs etc. Highly recommend.
