It appears they just want to sell new appliances. I bought a refrigerator there a number of years ago. I took it back for repair and it took forever. It was still under warranty. They suggested I call someone else. I was able to call someone else when it did it again and again. The last time it wasn't repairable as the techs had ruined the system. I won't go back
