“**53 footers beaware!!** this building will only be accessible from 10th street south for alley dock!!! If you come up north you will blind side it !! Beaware this is a two lane road in a residential/business area. Traffic does not stop so beaware of oncoming traffic behind you! Also the dock doors are inside the blue building with the Miller lite sign. When open their is a ramp. if you have trailer skirts slide tandems to the very back or you will break them!! When dock doors are open their is no heavy light to direct you into building their are hash marks on the ground to follow but are not 100% aligned but will get you somewhat aligned. GET OUT AND LOOK THE BUILDING HAS ITEMS INSIDE THAT YOU MAY HIT OR YOU MAY HIT THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING LITTLE TO NO ROOM FOR A PULL UP UNLESS YOUR INSIDE THE BUILDING. Employee parking is also by the dock doors beaware!! Aside from that quick response friendly and great people! Be safe out their guys”
