Very bad experience with this placeI ordered in June an electric recliner because I was having shoulder surgery in MayI put down payment on it and was told 4-6 weeks That was fineCouple weeks went by and I stopped in to make sure I ordered the rocker recliner, not just reclinerThe order did not have rocker on it that is $50.00 more I said ok reorder and he explained to me 4/6 weeksSo I will not have it by my surgery date( My mistake)To my surprise 2 weeks after my surgery the chair came in Bob had some delivery people deliver it and take away the old chairThe chair worked fine, the next morning I went to use it and the motor gave a bad sound The chair would not work I called Bob, he said he would have guys come out and check itAnd bring a loaner chair for me because of my surgeryThe guys came out gave me loaner chairBob reordered the chair2weeks later I talk to BobHe was able to fix the chair by replacing the motorSo again the delivery guys came and gave me my chairIt was fine until the next morning when the electric would not workI checked the outlet and cords would not workHour later It worked so there is a short somewhere and the rocker startedSqueakI Called Bob again he said he can reorder again and if it keeps shorting out call himIt did it 8 more times in two days I advised BobHe said it will be another 4-6 weeksI had shoulder surgery on my right arm so I spending day and nights in a chair that may recline and then not return to sitting position ?I would not be able to get out of chair so I stopped using any reclineI told Bob the chair squeaked and I want him to pick it up and give me my $883.00 backI had the chair less than 24 hours and it is not workingHe refused and offered store credit NO I do not want store creditI want him to pick up chair and refund my moneyThis whole thing started June 2And I still do not have a working chair or my money backI am taking him to small claims courtAfter all of this I think it is poor customer service to have an item not work within 24 hours of delivery and not refund customer money

The owner was very nice. There was a good selection of recliners. We got just what we wanted

Everyone is so helpful. Found just what we wanted today. And they will order the special dust mite covers we need because of allergies. Great store! Bob special ordered my recliner in the color and fabric I wanted several months ago also and it was perfect!
