Sales reps are good here but company is lacking. DONT SWITCH FROM VERIZON..... I have spent way way more at 1 year with us cell than 2 with Verizon, cell service is short of horrible, and how this company runs things the local agents can't see charges. Basically I'd say store is just a dealer of phones nothing more. If your thinking of switching buy a Trac phone service is 10 times better n 10 times folded cheaper!

He made monthly on prepaid aphone that supposed to be free phone first then wouldn't give me my pñone after I paid for the monthly plan. So people beware of false advertisement
