Getting ready to pull our fifth wheel RV back home to Alaska and needed a valve stem replaced on our tow vehicle. Mike was able to squeeze me in first thing on a Monday morning. Gotta love that Hometown customer service!

The service here isn't friendly at all.They didn't want to answer my question on tire prices.When I asked for a price to repair my tire the lady at front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I will not bring my vehicle here ever again.Also their prices are extremely high.It took them over a hour to patch 1 tire and balance 2 tires took 1 hour OMG.Very slow unprofessional unfriendly staff extremely rude!!NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Came in without an appointment because we're full time RV'ers and needed our front dash air conditioning unit looked at. Mike took the time to squeeze us in and got us back on the road within an hour. Fair price and good service. Thanks guys!
