so so so slow. have a worker that talks the whole time and she takes forever to count back change. 3 people in line and it took 10 minutes! pathetic! it is always like this when i come in

Customer service is extremely poor. I stopped for fuel and a fork (had cheesecake from our last stop and forgot a fork) and the fact I asked the manager for a fork was like asking her to do backflips. Acted like I was a nuisance. I ended up taking a spoon because that's all that was available and I wanted to avoid conflict. A spoon works just fine its just the fact I was treated so poorly over asking politely for a dang fork.

The manager is very unprofessional. Always arguing with someone. The kitchen staff was so gross and unhygienic..this one woman had hickeys all over her neck and arguing back in forth with the guy making my pizza. Cussing and overall just a gross experience. Pizza was not good and will never order food from here ever again. The Manager April is not doing her job very well.

Food is terrible. Just picked up a take out pizza, large looks like a medium that's all crust. Ordered bone in wings, was given burnt boneless wings. Need the old manager back or have another company buy this place out

Place is constantly a mess. Pizza is always cold. Floors always look nasty. And some of the upfront workers are just plain rude. Bathroom is usually out of order or constant is in need of cleaning. Plus don't even get me started on the manager

Every time I go in there it the lady working the counter always seems like here life is just in shambles because she has to ring me up. And the rest of the workers are just the same they will be rude to you from the time you go in to the time you leave all except for a guy named Travis and a nice lady viola! I would waste your time and money here.

Place is horrible! The people who work in the kitchen will tell you 30-45 mins then make your pizza right away and have it sit for the remainder of the 30-45 mins so when you pick it up its pretty much cold. Manager is hardly ever there and when she is there she acts as if its no big deal. Ive orderd from this store 4 times now and every pizza comes out undercooked because the excess amount of cheese and toppings. This location has a real bad problem with not training their employees properly and its affecting its buisness tremendously. Would not reccomend using this caseys
