“My favorite Hy-vee for shopping, clean, friendly and comfortable environment. The staff is awesome, they will be there when you need them with a great smile to solve the problem.
My favorite department is the Bakery. I always make my cake orders by phone, and I do my best to describe the decoration details, or send a photo by e-mail for the decoration, and because they’re professional, the final result always comes up great.
Last year, I went to pick up a cake, and they said “Sorry mam, we don’t have an order under this name”. I was really disappointed, and It looks like that the lady who took my order on the phone, didn’t write it down. The bakery lady that was in charge told me that she can fix it and make a cake within 10-15 minutes. I picked it up with butterfly decoration on the top and it was amazing.”
“Your machine was very, very user friendly. Thanks for that. Before I used your machine, I called your 900 # to ask if your machines accepted cash. The lady that answered the phone did not know and took down my email and phone number and said someone would get back to me about that. No one ever did. Very odd that she wouldn't know the answer to the question. I took a chance and drove to the machine anyway.”
“5 star the employees here are very hard workers there honest helpful and full of interesting knowledge facts Montana kroupa is a great example to start this place is a great place to go and feel safe while doing so the place is clean restrooms are clean parking lot is good and upkept never anything out of order prices and selections are OK all tho i wish they had a bigger variety on a few things but that's fine the friendly service makes up for it all”

“Conveinent location in central Omaha. The business lane, is not in fact, open during drive through hours so you have to go inside for any business needs. The interior is beautiful and nostalgic of a 90's bank for sure! I went in mid morning on a weekday and all tellers were available and super friendly. I needed to make a couple 'money moves' as Cardi B would say and it was a quick and easy process. The teller made polite small talk with me and I was swiftly on my way.”
