I had an excellent experience at this phone store. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me choose the perfect phone that suited my needs and budget. The store had a wide range of models and accessories to choose from. The purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free. I was also impressed with the after-sales service. Highly recommended!

This review is more on the company as a whole. The guy that helped us at this location was very sympathetic with the situation but there was nothing he could do. I do not recommend AT&T at all. If you are approached by a representative at a retail store(Target. Walmart etc.) do not sign up with them. They aren't AT&T representatives they are a 3rd party. They told us AT&T was buying US Cellular and we should just switch now. That was a lie. They told us our phones would be free..lie. They said they would take care of any phones we owed with US Cellular..lie. When I called customer service no one cares or can help. One time they transferred me to a supposed "complaint" line and they were supposed to call me in 24-48hrs(this was in February) still haven't been contacted. They won't let me out of contract because it was past 15 days and said I would have to pay off the phones totaling $2600. Not to mention the service is horrible! I can't wait to be able to get out of this contract and switch.

Had my issue fixed in a few minutes. And most of all, they treated me and my wife with plenty of respect and valued our time. All my questions were answered, and they didn’t try to push me to buy any thing.

The staff at this store is amazing, friendly and courteous. I had called the store a few times to ask questions before going to the store as I prefer to go to the store if I can. As soon I walked in I was acknowledged and helped. Joe is a great employee. He is attentive, explains things thoroughly, and works with you. He did not push me to make a decision but gave me information so I could make an uniformed decision. He listened to me and my concerns: at no time did he make me feel like I was a nuisance or wasting his time. I had alot of questions about service, pricing, procedures, policies, plans, and billing. He was very patient with me, answered all the questions I asked and most importantly didn't brush my concerns aside. I never felt uncomfortable asking all my questions and never once did Joe make me feel like my concerns were silly or dumb. I had also called the store a few times to ask questions before going to the store as I prefer to go to the store if I can. AT&T is very fortunate to have the staff members and Joe as an employee.
