I visited this Shadow Lake location at about 5:00 pm on Friday, 07/12. There was a group of 3 people sitting at a back table. Silence. I started looking around and waited several minutes before one of the people at the back table asked us if we were there to upgrade or for something else. I replied that I didn’t know she even worked there (she was wearing a hoodie and no name tag, and didn’t greet us upon entry so…) and that we were there for an upgrade. She pointed to her tablet and said she didn’t know how long it would take, whatever “it” was.
So we waited a few more minutes thinking she would communicate a little more effectively as to what “it” was and an estimated timeline, nothing.
Another customer walked in and she delivered a similar message and we decided to just leave. Headed over to the Bellevue location and received star service.
Whoever was on the clock for this interaction can use some coaching in customer service interactions.

I want to give big kudos to Laulima for her ability to interact with us as customers. She went the extra mile to understand our needs which helped us to make informed decisions. Her exceptional communication skills helped build a rapport that allowed for a customer friendly atmosphere. Big props to Laulima...her professionalism is commendable...

I came into the shadow lake location to have my phone looked at cause I couldn’t get my Face ID to work. They did a software update and it still didn’t help so they helped me set up an appointment to get it worked on by a technician. Laulima and Derek were very helpful and friendly.

11/29 Update: I ended up canceling my AT&T service. I was quoted an incorrect price. I was not aware that I had been placed on a Premier Business Plan. The toll-free customer service (outsourced to the Philippines) was of no help. Two supervisor call-back requests went nowhere. I had a VERY negative experience with AT&T.Daniel provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about AT&T, hotspots, merchandise, and had solid recommendations for my needs. I appreciate him not ‘bashing’ other mobile phone services/carriers, I was impressed. Please present Daniel with service recognition or monetary award for his excellence.

Ordered my phone. Store called to tell me it had arrived. Went to the store. The sign says open at 11am. Not open. Waited an hour and no one showed up. Called AT&T. Hung up on twice. Then told there is nothing they can do as they don’t know how to reach anyone. Not even the manager. All around bad experience with both.

Thanks Alane! My girlfriend and I had a great experience with her! We came in with questions regarding our Sam’s Club exclusive plan and although it couldn’t be resolved in store, Alane informed us of all of AT&T’s plans, perks and benefits! She was very happy with her job and displayed a super positive attitude! We will definitely go to her if we have any more issues!

Elane and Alonso were so easy to deal with! They answered all of my questions and were able to save me money on my bill! I would highly recommended this location! I live in elkhorn and will drive out of my way to go back!

Best customer service I’ve gotten from any phone store. Bryson was the most honest, helpful, and knowledgeable AT&T rep I’ve ever come across. I’ve had bad experience at other AT&T stores and the difference at this one is crazy.

Stopped in for help with a problem with my phone - extremely pleasant interaction, the manager (I believe Micheal) quickly fixed my phone and discussed possible replacement options as my phone is old. He was not pushy, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Love this location and will be back

Michael was very knowledgeable and helped us decide whether updating from our grandfathered plan would save us money while still delivering the high level of service we needed. It did! He also helped us decide on an economical replacement for our daughter's aging cell phone. Great service!
