I had a last minute emergency with my cat and was lucky enough to call this clinic on a Saturday and find an opening to save me from an urgent care visit. The team was very welcoming from the initial phone call to the three techs/vets I interacted with. They had great communication with me about the problem with my cat's ear and solutions, as well as providing guidance on follow up. I am so thankful for this clinic and the great care they provided to my cat and I today! I would absolutely return.

It would be preferable to not have to drop my cats off ALL DAY for just a check up.

I've been coming here for our ruby for about a year and a half. I love them all! Best things about them is not only the care they have for my dog but the drop off visits for exams and the great health plans that include vaccines preventative medicines and teeth cleaning are amazing and convenient to budget. Plus, if my baby is sick, I don't pay extra for the vet visit! If you're in doubt, dont be, choose Banfield!!

The staff are so kind, and they make it easy to schedule (which is a challenge working full time and having a toddler). I had a dog experiencing serious behavioral issues, and the vet took time to help me understand and address them. I feel my dogs are in good hands there!

One of the best vet experiences I’ve ever had! I’m a traveling nurse who recently lost her heart and soul dog. I adopted a new fur baby from the NHS who happens to be fear reactive and we’re working through the fear/reactivity. This facility is so accommodating to my needs with a fearful dog! They know when I call that I need the early appointments on the slow days and for us to go straight into a room when we get there. They’re patient with us as we train and work through seeing other dogs at the front desk. Having a vet that understands your needs makes these vet appointments way easier and lessens the anxiety for both me and my pup. Thank you Banfield for being so amazing!

They have been caring for my little rat terrier, Gracie for her whole life, 15 plus years. We had to let her go this past Tuesday at 3:20 in the afternoon. We had our whole family there as Gracie went to sleep for her last time. Thank you Dr. Murray and Paige for your kindness and compassion in a really difficult time for our family. Thank you Tori for always finding a way for her to be seen when Gracie was sick. And for the hug when it was time for us to tell her goodbye.

I cannot recommend this specific Banfield enough. Dr. Fielmann has been my dogs vet since my boy was 8 weeks old, he is wonderful. Recently my dog has been diagnosed with epilepsy and it obviously being terrifying for us to watch him go through this the staff at Banfield helps to shine some light for us. Tori is an angel I love her so much, she will go above and beyond for anyone and the things she's done for my family and my baby I could never repay her.We have also seen Dr. Murray before when Rupert was having cluster seizures, she did everything possible to help him and us.

The staff is always friendly; they truly care about the pets that are seen there, and the doctors are excellent. When my pup was sick, they took really good care of her.

Dont really appreciate being lied to by the people i entrust with the health and well being of my animals. After signing my kitten up for the OWP plan that included the spay. I asked to be given back the ovaries and uterus in a biopsy jar from the spay. My nurse at this first appointment (july) said that she would find out for me, no follpw up with an answer. Second appointment (august) we scheduled the spay I asked the same question and that nurse also told me she would find out and get back to me,again no follow up. Third appointment (September) we finish main vaccines and once again I ask the same question "can I have my cats bits after the spay" and again the nurse said she would find out,no follow up. Day of spay (october) I'm dropping her off 7 am. I fill out all the pre surgical paper work and ask all my other questions. Then again I ask the nurse can you make a note I would like her bits back in a jar. After leaving I ended up calling them around 2 pm after not hearing from anyone. I ask about my biopsy sample and the surgical nurse informs me it is hospital policy that they can not give back soft tissue and it was disposed of due to being a hazard. I have both my other cats testicles in jars already. At this point I am livid.she then tells me she asked the vet doing the spay, the practice manager, and the chief of staff about it and they all said it was a hazard and that policy wouldn't allow it. I asked for documentation to be provided. After this phome call i called customer serivce (owp side) they stated that all policies are managed by the hospital, but there should have been documentation given to me stating why. I arrive at 2.45 to pick my kitten up. I ask to speak to the chief of staff, they weren't in hospital. I ask for the practice manager, shes in a meeting till 3.30.I left my information for her to call me back. The nurse who called me earlier did not come and check me out nor did her or anyone provide this policy document. I then left and called customer complaint side of corporate. After telling the associate helping me what has happened, she stated she can't find a policy and proceeds to ask a veterinarian. I am then made aware that there is no corperate policy stating I can not have the bits back and that this hospital has to dig them selves out of this. I made an official complaint with corporate. After receiving a call from the practice manager. She said she can put the sample in a bag in the freezer for me to pick up the following day. All After talking to higher ups for how we can do this. Very much appreciate getting my bits back but the process of this has been infuriating.

They have been taking care of my 2 babies... cats... for over 10 years and always with care and love. I just lost one 4 months ago and the other 3 weeks ago. Banfield, Tory you were the best along with Dr and nurse in helping me get through this..... You may not have been able to save my babies but you saved me with your kindness!!!

The doctor has not been clear on instructions. I was supposed to be called with test results two weeks ago and have still heard nothing. I am hoping that means nothing more is wrong with my dog. Recent visits have been the least pleasing out of the almost 13 years of using Banfield pet services.
