Extremely frustrated with the customer service I received. I have an order ready for pick up and called the store to ask a question about my order. Called 3 times in a row and was picked up and hung up on all 3 times. No “hello” from their side. On the 4th time I started talking right away and the associate was rude and unaccommodating. Asked to be transferred to the manager. Manager still could t help with my question.FYI-pickup orders cannot be picked up after 6 days and are then automatically canceled even if you call ahead to ask because your flight schedule changed and you can’t get back into town before closing. Apparently, you can call and have someone else pick it up and then can leave a note for that (even tho the emails from B&BW) say you have to show a drivers license.So much for customer service. I’ll order online for delivery and skip my local store next time…

The manager here is professional and friendly. I’ve been coming here for years, the store is always organized and normally the staff is friendly.The cashier I had tonight was horrible, she yelled at me, caused a scene, and stomped off screaming for the manager, all because I didn’t understand the online return policy. I just wanted to understand how it worked. I went straight to the counter when I got there explaining my return, had my info ready, she said I could exchange them. When I questioned why my total was so high she got extremely frustrated! I understand how overworked people are, I manage in retail too, but maybe retail isn’t for her! I wasn’t rude to her at all, I was actually very patient. I did not deserve to be treated so poorly.

It's clean and easy to navigate around the store. Workers are friendly. Great location in an outdoor mall setting. It's surrounded by several other retail shops, banks, a popular grocery store (Hy-Vee) and several places to eat.

All the workers were really kind! I went there during their semiannual sale. The only complaint I have is that the displays were kind of all over the place but that’s probably because of the sale! The prices were so cheap! I would for sure try to go before the sale is over!!! And get the app to keep up with all the deals and coupons!

I really do love their products. High quality. Divine scents. Great customer experience. The only thing I have to say is: to consumers, their pricing is just confusing enough to us, for them to make a considerable amount of profit.Their “sales” of Buy 2, get 1 free, or 20% off candles, or whatever the marketing department has come up with, is not what you get in the end.Do you have a coupon that you’ve received in the mail? Do not count on using it with any other percentage of a discount they are advertising. Have a coupon to receive a full-sized item for free? Well, when you go into the store and take advantage of their “sale”, you can receive an item for free with your coupon, but you will have to go get two more to be able to use it. There have been several times that I have gone there and have not paid any attention when they’ve said to go get 2 more or 3 more items, because of their sale. I’ve just grabbed items based on my coupon, been busy with other things, and just paid for it. After looking at my receipts, which I keep, I’ve noticed that for the last several months, this has been the case. While I do enjoy the products, I know that I either need to come in with my coupon, (READING) the fine print first, and ONLY getting what my coupon advertises, or ask an associate, just to be clear, what I’m exactly paying for, and having that associate check me out, giving me the price I was quoted.

The associates were super friendly and helpful with finding products this morning (3/20/23), especially since I'm a bit short and couldn't reach/read the products on higher shelves-but they were very quick to assist! I found the things that I needed and I'm so grateful that every time I've come into this location, everyone has been friendly and helpful!
