This is the first (hopefully only) time I’ve ever left a negative review, but I hope to save others the exhaustion of banking at this branch. Incompetent staff and rude manager. It took them 3 times to get a debit card ordered correctly. They couldn’t handle an address change when all the documentation was present. They rarely answer the phone or follow through with processes correctly. We will be changing our main branch to another location. I should have read the reviews before choosing the Shadow Lake branch.

Awesome customer service! Everyone has been great, from the bank manager and private client banker and associate bankers who help at teller windows. I love my bank branch!

Great service, specifically from Mr. Jansen, worked with me to resolve a locked account and pushed through no less than 3 corporate administrations to help me, highly recommend him for his professionalism.

I was a bit nervous coming to this location given the reviews, but everyone was very friendly and attentive. I needed to withdraw cash in specific increments for an upcoming garage sale. Gwen was very friendly and was able to assist me very quickly. She even took a few seconds to help me change my debt pin. I had no issues and will be back to complete a deposit after my sale!

Very acknowledgeable and friendly staff. Clint did an amazing job answering all of our questions. He helped me and my mom open a checking account and made sure to check in on us to see if we had any questions regarding our account.

Don't bring your coins here, they want you to count them yourself. And plan on spending minimum 20min for the simplest transaction. Charges for checks. Charges for money order. Charges monthly for checking accounts. I'm leaving.

If there was a zero-star rating, I would definitely give it. Worst banking experience! I made an appointment for opening an account and so I show up on time. A lady says it will be a few minutes wait, so I'm waiting in the lobby. Then she comes again and said that my appointment was "not found on the calendar". And what's worse was that she took another customer who had just walked in. When I said that I had made an appointment, she kept asking me if I really had made one. As an international student, I wonder if the treatment I received was because of my race/color/ethnicity or pure incompetence. Either way, I would never recommend this bank and I will be taking this matter up with Chase customer service.

If you unfortunately find yourself in a situation where you need to withdraw money from your personal account, I strongly urge you to avoid stepping foot in this branch. Brace yourself for an absolutely exasperating ordeal, as they will undoubtedly go out of their way to create unnecessary obstacles for you to access your own hard-earned funds. Rest assured, they won't part with your money without putting up a fight.
