I brought my two children in to get their ears pierced. The store was flooded with people and only one employee. This employee was wonderful. I should’ve asked her name. She did a great job piercing my children’s ears and handling the many customers in the store. She even made sure we were happy with the placement and was patient with me as we set the placement a couple different times. Definitely would recommend going here. Thank you to the beautiful young lady who helped us today, you’re great and Claire’s is lucky to have you!

The staff here don’t want to work, had an appointment at 11 and they won’t open up the store. Lost my business and everyone else that was standing outside for 10 minutes and walked away. edit* 28 minutes later and still not opening. Wasted my time.

Says your open tell 10 but the lady with black hair and glasses decided she was closing it at 9 don’t have your online say one thing and then do the opposite when people have to drive a distance

Absolute horrendous customer service.My daughter and I was there shopping for her friend's Christmas presents. We had picked out basket of items, and were still looking at our list.My daughter said she had to use the Restroom. We had the basket in our hands and set it on the counter. And I asked the lady if she had a public restroom. She said no. I asked her where the closest one was and she said she didn't know. As an employee she should probley know..I said "o k we'll be right back to pay for these"We walked to the restroom and came back and the store was CLOSED. Yes maybe we should have been more aware of the time..but then again it was only 5:45, not thinking a store would close so early, epically in a busy shopping center 1 week till Christmas!As a customer service person, she should have said. I'm sorry we closed in about 15 minutes.But she said not a word.So now..after spending 45min picking out the perfect presents for her friends, we now have to go somewhere else to find the perfect gifts.Customer service is where it starts

Tuesday evening I took one of my girls to get her ear pierced then Saturday my 5 yrs old daughter asked me to take there she wanted her ear pierced too..me personally fell in love with all the jewelry there ?I certainly recommended?my Girls look so beautiful

We had a great experience getting my daughter's ears pierced there yesterday!! She took the time to explain to her every little thing she was doing and taught her how to clean them and was very patient! Definitely recommend ☺️

When I was 6 I got my ears pierced here and they used a gun and it ripped my ear, I still can't wear earrings today. But, the hello kitty earrings I got were very cute.
