The people that are on staff in the lobby of the main bank need customer service training asap. I can’t believe how rude they are. Sorry to inconvenience everyone today with only one other customer in your bank! Lesson learned what I mean to your staff today and I will be working on changing all my accounts to another bank for sure.

My nice teller today was so helpful. She understood my military disability interferes with everyday life. She helped me split my money up in different bank envelopes so I didn’t accidentally overpay someone and underpay others. Took extra care to ensure I had the denominations I needed. I really like it when she waits on me. Thank you. Happy customer since 2005.

Lack of communication led to over a year and a half of charges to my account that I was no notified of. After called them once I received notification (year and a half later) they told me that there was nothing they could do.I will never use this lender again.

I recently had the pleasure of working directly with Michael - the VP of auto lending at Cobalt, regarding my auto loan. Initially there was a slight hiccup regarding my payoff process, but Michael contacted me directly and helped me get it all worked out. He's a top shelf stand up guy and I deeply appreciate his help and understanding of the situation. 5 star positive customer service experience!

Cobalt is the worst bank/credit union. Their technology is lacking and they use deceptive overdraft fee practices. Don’t bank here.

Unfortunately as of 06/09/2023 Cobalt credit union has made it a policy to place a 7 day hold on checks deposited over $450. As a business owner this does not work well. What about people who need to deposit a check and pay a mortgage a couple days later. They can verify funds within a few minutes. Why the 7 day hold? I have been with this Bank for over 12 years now and run about $500,000+ per year through the bank. I will be closing my 5 accts here and moving to 5 Points Bank.

Even though I co signed for a new jeep for my friend, through Cobalt. They actually refused to refinance my truck that I owe less than 10K on and I have a credit score of 831. So my experience with them Is that I will NEVER EVER use them for anything. I own my home free and clear, have less than $500.00 CC Debt.
