I went to a different CVS to ask about Covid booster/flu shot. Was told they had no Covid vaccine and I could drive to 84th and Center to see if they had any. No offer to check or when they would get more. Deciding Target in Papillion was closer, I drove there to check and make an appt I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service. I was able to get shots and will probably be moving our RX's to this location.

I have been using this pharmacy since 2018 and I have had the best experience. My immunizations and flu shots are done in a timely manner. My prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Sometimes I find that they have the medicine in stock when other pharmacies do not. The staff is always friendly and they educate you on the use of new prescriptions. The also remind me about my prescription refills and any past due immunizations. I love this pharmacy and I will continue to do business with them. Give them a try!

Ive been using this pharmacy since we moved here in 2019. I have never had an issue getting through for phone calls. Never a line or wait. They are always extremely nice and helpful.

I really don't come to this CVS inside of Target for most of my prescription needs. I get those filled at the standalone CVS on 144th in Millard. However, this is one of the close ones to my work and I was wanting the Moderna SARS‑CoV‑2 vaccine. I got both of the shots here. Online scheduling and check-in was easy.Pharmacist is a cool guy. Very personable and fun to chit-chat with when they're not busy. It made my 15 minute post-vaccine wait time much more tolerable. If I had a complaint it's that in-store pharmacies were never really designed as clinics. So, where you get the shot done and where you wait afterwards is awkwardly surrounded by where Target customers are shopping.

Most of the time I've had no problems with this locations. Today was the last straw. Rachel, the pharmacist at the time, was expecting me to sign for a prescription that I was not picking up at this location. I mentioned this multiple times and it was as if she was a broken record, saying I'm sorry it's confusing but we do not have that prescription here today. Multiple times I told her, I understand that. That's not my issue. I wouldn't want to sign for something I wasn't actually getting there. Because of this and another of my scripts being written specifically to dispense with other needed supplies and she saying that was not requested on the script (and I verified with my doctor that it is), I am not going to waste my time here. Maybe they want to instead sell me the supplies to make more money off me? I can only assume given the evidence. Maybe another pharmacy will be more able to read scripts and be able to effectively communicate.

CVS is extremely frustrating. I was calling to get prescriptions filled for the year and had to call four different times. Each time took 20 min each because the BOT kept sending me to covid response team, routing me to an overseas call center, who then routed me back to covid response team, and back to overseas call center, who then would send me to a "supervisor." After all this time, I finally reached the real pharmacy staff inside Target who looked this up within 5 min. I just lost several hours of my day. Wish Target still had the original pharmacy instead of through CVS.

Have been having my prescriptions filled here since before they were CVS. No longer will I do business with this store. I literally sat on hold (2) lines for over 30 minutes today alone. Terrible staffing, reduced hours and terrible refill times. Today on the first line somebody picked up 5 minutes after being on hold and said "please hold" and never returned. Nobody ever picked up the second line. I have been waiting on 3 heart refills for a week now. Keep being told in process. I am transferring all my business elsewhere. PATHETIC!!

I wanted on hold 10mins then they accidentally hung up on me I called back waited on hold 55mins after picking up they asked if I could wait o quickly said no I was hung up on didn’t matter it sounded like they put the phone down I drove there arrived 30mins later waited 10 mins in line and they talked to me in person instead of over the phone it had been almost 2 hoursNo apology I had to tell them it’s common courtesy to apologize to get this insincere apology then they couldn’t find my family’s info to refill a prescription which we have been filling with them for months so they said contact Dr. nothing they can do never going back to this location.I get being busy but zero respect or professionalism and big waste of work time for the day to get zero results.

Called in a prescription refill, robot said it would take 4 hours...(FOUR HOURS?!?)To count out 90 tablets?!?Gave up on that day.Made time to go the next day to pick it up.IT'S NOT READY 24 (TWENTY-FOUR) HOURS LATER!!!Said they could have it ready in an hour!?!?This is NOT the first time either! I suppose it's MY fault for still (desperately trying) to get my prescriptions filled here!?These people have absolutely NO sense of urgency, ownership or responsibility!!!Personally I think pharmacist is a rather important contributor to society!?I don't believe "You'll get your prescription EVENTUALLY!" is the right attitude!!!
