Stopped by to drop off a package at 10am on Aug 2 when they when they are supposed to be open. 20 mins later and they are still not open, leaving customers, including a fedex driver waiting and eventually all leaving.

Someone else’s package was delivered to me and a package I was waiting for said it was delivered, but it was not. After 3 calls to the 800# across 2 different days and no success, I decided to go talk to someone in person. Thank you, Julio! He took the time to understand the mishap (two labels on one box) and got me to the right person to get it squared away. He was awesome - he listened and he helped me. Now, let’s hope that my box is found and delivered!

Excellent service! I needed to ship some of my mother's collectables back to my house. Most of it was glass and crystal. They did an excellent job of packing the stuff and shipping it. Everything arrived in perfect shape! Great job!!

Curtis is the absolute best. I wanted to send my father's military shadow box to my niece in Oregon. It was a challenge as it was in the shape of a ships wheel. He took the time to find just the right type of shipping container that would protect it from damage. This may have been the best customer service I've had in a long time.

Placed an order with a pick up in 3 days. They waited until the day of pick up to process my order and try and contact me saying they couldn’t process it, but that they figured it out and it would be 3 more days until pick up. Not sure why my order wasn't processed the day I placed it so that this could be avoided. Then had to talk to 3 different representatives just to get a refund. They said I was refunded but could not give me a refund receipt and the refund has yet to go into my account.

The staff was incredibly helpful. The facility was very clean and well organized. They pretty much had everything you need for shipping and office needs. Everything was clean and easy to find. Today I was picking up a package that I had directly shipped to there. The hours were convenient for me to pick it up after I got off work. The location is super convenient and easy to locate. I would easily recommend them to friends and family.

The person at the front counter won't let people set heavy boxes anywhere but the floor until you get the "go ahead" to move it to the counter. And they are very strict on what section of the counter you can set boxes on
